Matanzas : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Clean and comfortable in a breathtakingly beautiful location right on the water. Our only complaint is that wifi was an extra charge of $3/hour and available as an all or nothing proposition. We would have liked to have been able to turn it on for a few hours rather than pay for the duration of the stay.

Claudia welcomed us in Matanzas and was very friendly and helpful. The flat was very clean, the kitchen well equipped and the rooms spacious. The roof top was very cool and inviting to spend time in the evening. There are many good restaurants in walking distance and it‘s just a thirty minutes drive to Varadero. Fully recommended!

This was by far the best property we've stayed at in Cuba. It was beautifully appointed, private, quiet, and had a lovely garden area for breakfast dining. It is 2-3 blocks from all the things guests would want to see and do in Varadero, and a 5 min walk to the beach. The hosts, Orlando and his brother Jorge, are excellent english speakers and gave us outstanding dining and dancing recommendations. We had a truly relaxing time here and had wonderful conversations with the family. We would definitely book this property again on a future visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Danny’s place and he was such a great host. Very welcoming, very supportive and he even offered us coffees, brought us some cupcakes and let us have his snorkel equipment for free. We had a lot of nice conversations and would always come back! The room was super spacious and bright and it was sooooo quiet in the night, we had a great sleep. There were a few electricity outages but Danny had a generator so most of that was covered :) We can only recommend this place and want to thank Danny once more for having us!

Daniel is een vriendelijke hulpvaardige host. Niets is hem te veel gevraagd. Hij helpt overal mee, zelf wanneer je ernaar vraagt voor kopen van groente of fruit. De locatie is prima gelegen: van strand tot uitgangsleven, restaurants en rust. Tevens biedt het alle privacy. Dank Daniel voor de service! I absolutely loved my stay here in Matanzas. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive; the last night I had in Matanzas, we stayed up talking, drinking and they even offered me dinner. Even though the country is facing electrical issues, I only experienced two outages in my stay and they did not last longer than an hour. It did not interfere with any of my plans or cause me any real issues. The house was very clean and comfortable. There was minor noise from the street at night, but that is expected in a town of over 100,000 people. The town itself was clean and safe, and was a nice change of pace from La Habana. Overall, I had a wonderful experience staying here and I hope to return next year. 5/5 stars it felt like luxury after staying in hostels my first week.

Très belle maison, extrêmement propre, avec une terrasse sur le toit exceptionnelle. Nous avons beaucoup aimé. Très bien situé, près de la plage, de très bons restos et bars et du parc. Nous le recommandons.

Tuve una estancia perfecta en este apartamento en Varadero. El alojamiento estaba extremadamente limpio y bien organizado, con todas las comodidades necesarias para unas vacaciones relajantes. La cocina fue uno de los aspectos que más me gustó: espaciosa, bien equipada y con un horno de leña/carbón que resultó particularmente útil para preparar platos deliciosos. Cada detalle estaba bien cuidado, y me sentí realmente como en casa. ¡Una experiencia extraordinaria que recomiendo sin dudarlo a cualquiera!

Always friendly and willing to address any request we had. A comfortable place for a large family. It has a ground-floor room with a double bed with a private bathroom and three upstairs rooms with two double beds each, as well 2 others bathrooms. We were perfectly accommodated, Everything was very clean, and the cleaning lady was very friendly and helpful. We were 10 adults and a child. We will definitely return ;-) Thank you for all your kindness. Siempre amable y dispuesto a resolver cualquier peticion que tuvieramos, lugar comodo para una familia grande, tiene una habitacion en planta baja con una cama matrimonial y baño privado y tres habitaciones en alto con 2 camas dobles en cada uno y dos baños mas, nosotros nos acamodamos perfectamente, eramos 10 adultos y un niño. Todo muy limpio, la chica de la limpieza muy amable y servicial. Definitivamente volveremos, gracias por todas las atenciones.
