Chatsworth, Bakewell, Dove Dale and the Monsal Trails are all a short drive away.

Superb walks from the door to the limestone moors above. Within easy driving distance of Chatsworth, Haddon Hall and Arkrights Mills. Crich Tramway Museum and Carsington Water. Bonsall has two pubs and a Tea Room a few minutes walk from the property. Bonsall Carnival week starts on the last Saturday of July every year.

Spinney Farm cottage is set in a dry stone wall enclosure therefore a safe and secure place for children to play and for you to sit and relax.

Pepper Cottage is a stylish yet traditional workman's cottage with a modern garden room extension situated on Church Street, about 5-10mins walk into the centre of Matlock. It is ideal for dog-owners as it has a fenced garden and easy access to the High & Pic Tor for walks with fantastic views across Matlock & down to Matlock Bath. The front of the cottage looks up to Riber Castle. There is a lockable garden shed for bikes. Ideal for couples & families with older children.
