The bus stops 20m from the house - ideal if you are using public transport, either to get here, or for the free summer & winter buses which link the villages, hiking areas and ski domains of the valley. During the summer 2 'liberty passes' are included giving guests free local buses and swimming pools and discounts on cable cars etc

Wi-FI full coverage, SMART TV, Kitchen fully equipped. it is very close to any ski station (400m from Matterhorn Paradise and 750m from Sunnegga) and to the village center (500m). Everything is reachable in max 10 minutes walking, otherwise the e bus stop is 200m far. it is a perfect mix of comfort and tranquility. 28 steps to access to the building.

In der Küche finden Sie neben der Ausstattung die Basis um Ihre Mahlzeiten zubereiten zu können. Salz, Pfeffer, Gewürze, Öl, Essig, Mehl, Zucker etc......

Il se situe à 150 mètres du funiculaire de Sunnegga (accès au domaine pour le ski et les randonnées) et à 800 mètres du centre-ville, des commerces et de la gare de Zermatt (8 minutes à pied).

Peaceful and charming studio with a partial view to the Matterhorn. Nicely located at 4 minutes walking from Sunnegga lift. It is a comfortable and generous studio of 37sqm perfect for 2 or cute and cosy for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher. The main room has SMART TV (49 inches) and wireless internet connection. Please note there is 120 meter path/slope (approx 2minutes walking) from the road to the flat to access the flat.

On l'a construite pour nous avec coeur, cette petite maison. Elle se trouve à proximité de notre maison d'habitation, mais elle bénéficie d'une vue dégagée et préserve votre intimité. Vous allez vous sentir chez vous. On rêve en regardant la vue, la course du soleil, sur une des terrasses ou au coin du feu. Pour déconnecter, découvrir la Gruyère, s'isoler pour télétravailler, s'évader en amoureux... Le plus difficile est d'en repartir.
