The Nook Cosy flat to sea, town and amenities

The Nook is situated on one of the main roads into Newquay. It is to the side of our home, has its own entrance with key safe and is completely self contained which makes it ideal for social distancing. There is private off road parking just outside in front of the flat. It's approx a 20 minute level walk into Newquay town or alternatively there is a bus stop at the bottom of our drive. The closest beach, Porth Beach, is a 5 minute walk away with all the other Newquay Beaches nearby.

The View is positioned perfectly for a relaxing holiday in a coastal and town location. It is placed at the top of the cliffs directly over the Great Western Beach overlooking the bay, with the town centre and beaches a stone's throw away. Newly built and renovated it has a double bedroom, shower room, fully equipped kitchen and large comfortable living room with french windows. The shops, bars, restaurants and beach are a 5 minute walk from the property.

This flat has fabulous sea views and is 5 minute walk to the beach and island which is perfect for walking as there are lovely coastal paths. 20 minutes walk into Newquay town. Host is Connie who is a retiree who lives in the bungalow attached to the flat who has been doing this for many years and will be available should you need anything. Perfect location for couples, that host the most amazing sunsets.
