Secluded location in the village of Mawnan Smith, the studio offers the perfect base to explore by foot the Helford River, its nearby subtropical gardens and award winning beaches.This new, well insulated studio offers a delightful and tranquil outlook into the garden. It includes a comfortable double sofa bed with its own ensuite facilities including shower, toilet and wash basin. there is free on street parking on the road and 2 min walk up the tarmac footpath to the house, 5 min walk to pub.

It has a carport with space for one car. The lodge is a short stroll from the village shop, cafè and pub. Maenporth beach is a 20 minute walk along a lovely footpath or 10 minutes by car . The popular Trebah and Glendurgan gardens are nearby. There are plenty of coastal walks in the area.

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.
