This charming, vintage farmhouse has a private, in-ground heated pool with a slide, pagoda w/ outside seating, hammocks, stone front porch, sun room/art nook, a barn, horses, cats, and a neighbor dog that might come say hi. Our farm is ideal for artists/musicians, it's equipped with supplies, art, and instruments. Camp/hike the picturesque 80 acres of rolling hills, forests, meadows, and wetlands. This apartment has a private entrance and offers high ceilings, lots of natural and recessed lighting, a full kitchen and laundry room. Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the second bedroom is nextdoor to the second bathroom and has a beautiful sky light. The third bedroom is a loft that has a queen bed and a pull out couch.

Try the tiny living adventure! Wi-Fi: 80 yards from the THOW is a Wi-Fi router and extender -sometimes it works well, other times, NOT! Definitely can’t depend on it! Challenging to be in the Woods AND have good Wi-Fi! If you have a hotspot, and your signal is good that may be your best option. Compost toilet challenge: experience our compost toilet with no smell!… Or you get a free night! HOT TUB (shared with host house). There is never/rarely a schedule conflict for the hot tub.

Go fishing, swimming, hiking, canoeing (bring your own), exploring Enjoy watching deer, turkey, pheasants and nesting bald eagles. Hoses too! Plenty of frogs to catch (and release) and turtles to view. You will also find nesting Eastern Bluebirds around the property. Ducks and gees of all types visit the property. Enjoy the water fountain as well!
