With the feel of a modern farmhouse but the tenth of the size you will feel right at home! Our tiny home sits on an acre of land overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains of Southwest VA. Nestled right between downtown Blacksburg (10min) and the New River (10min), there is so much to do and explore. A few miles off Prices Fork, close to gas/groceries yet between VT and RU! Owners operate a local tree business which presides on the property. *Price is for 2 guests. Add Guest $30/night. $50/per pet

T's Place

The space is a recently renovated basement studio with a private entrance. There is a parking place for you and a lighted path to the left that leads down to the studio. The studio has a queen bed, a bathroom with tub and shower and a dressing room area that some use for an office. The kitchen has most anything you will need. We live upstairs, so you will hear footsteps and kitchen activity. The yard is huge and fenced- in, perfect for pets. The walk to Lane Stadium is only 15 minutes!

Kilimanjaro Safari Treehouse at Four Fillies Lodge

Four Fillies Lodge is a nearly 100 acre private estate available for you to explore & enjoy. Our Kilimanjaro Safari Treehouse is a top of the line romantic cabin with modern amenities and huge windows for optimal views of the creek. Includes 1 King bed, 1 full bathroom, and a kitchenette. This is the perfect place to enjoy relaxation or adventurous activities such as fishing, hiking, caving, white water rafting, and so much more! (additional rentals are available at FFL through Airbnb)

Little Red Farm: Two Bedroom Guest House-Mt Views

Relax with family and friends on Little Red Farm. Situated on 4 acres with beautiful mountain views on a private country road. Morning walks will be greeted with nature's beauty surrounded by working farms. 1 mile from Prices Fork Rd and only 3 miles from VT Campus. Centrally located for local events, Little Red Farm provides the perfect space to relax and unwind. Owner's residence on site gives you the peace of mind of that you will have everything you need during your stay.

Cabin on the Creek

This 1 room cabin with kitchenette (2 top burner, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker) with full bath is set on Toms Creek, fifteen minutes drive from Virginia Tech and the town of Blacksburg. The space itself is private, rustic and charming even though we live just next door. We thank you for no pets, vaping or smoking inside the cabin and we are happy to share that our onsite managers, Ray and Mara, will be handling all inquiries on our behalf.

Hydrangea Hideaway Studio Oasis *no cleaning fee

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Only a few minutes off I-81, 10 minutes to Radford University and 20 minutes to Virginia Tech. A King bed to take all your worries away with a sofa sleeper for a little extra room. There will be cold beverages in the fridge for you if you would like. **This is for a 1 bedroom basement studio with private entrance, 1st floor is occupied by the host or tenant.

Our house is really special & unique. We want you to come enjoy the space! HUGE Private one room off the back of the house, complete with living room area, tv, king size bed, large private master bath, ability to set temperature (within range). Kitchenette amenities available, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, toaster oven and George Foreman. We share a wall and you will likely hear us.. If something you need isn't on the list let us know!

Travelers' Rest Guesthouse

Cozy, well appointed house is perfect for a get-away weekend in the mountains, a football weekend at Virginia Tech, graduation events at Radford University, or to use as a family retreat in the beautiful countryside of Virginia's New River Valley. This small 2 bedroom/1 bath guest house has a kitchen with full sized appliances. Queen sized bed in first bedroom, two twin sized beds in 2nd bedroom. Stacked washer & dryer in bathroom.

Modern Cabin w/ Hot Tub - Romantic Retreat

The Cabin is a luxurious rural escape, with a 3-person hot tub. Located on a permaculture homestead and native plant sanctuary, the space overlooks the garden and is surrounded by forest. Natural/local materials were used throughout (built in 2023). For larger groups, check out the guest house next door (Airbnb: Guest House on Homestead near Floyd/Blacksburg). ~10 miles to Floyd, ~20 miles to Blacksburg, ~35 miles to Roanoke.

The Carriage House

Retreat to the country and experience simple living at its finest! Travel by gravel road to enjoy a peaceful setting with very little traffic. Second story living quarters with everything you need for a delightful stay. Kitchen is stocked with cooking/dining and coffee supplies.. Reclining couch, TV w/ Roku and DVDs (no cable), games, and several books to help you unwind and relax. Cot available for third guest. Now with WiFi!

Paradise! Beautiful location only 2.5 miles to VT

The most beautiful view in Blacksburg! Independent guest cottage in a peaceful rural setting; close to nature and close to Virginia Tech! Wonderful for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Queen bed and queen sofa sleeper, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig K-Cup Coffee maker. Free rides (drop off and pick up) for VT football games.

Now might be the perfect time to spend some time away from it all in our lovely hide-away close (5 minutes) to Virginia Tech. Our Villa, of new construction, is nestled in the woods at historic Yellow Sulphur Springs. Enjoy the charming decor, the historical setting, our walking trails, creeks, gardens and trees.
