As a pet-friendly property, we warmly welcome your pets with a $150 pet fee.

Every 10 nights of rentals will provide 1 free night for a family who has adopted or is fostering. 3 bedrooms and a loft with a sofa sleeper allows for 8 guests (10 w/air mattress). 1 dog allowed. Watch the sunset from the hot tub or chairs around the fire pit. Wake up and sip coffee from your private deck at each bedroom. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Take your pup with you to Chateau Morissette winery, just 18 miles away, or relax on one of the porches and watch the deer or fox stroll by.

The Cabin is a luxurious rural escape, with a 3-person hot tub. Located on a permaculture homestead and native plant sanctuary, the space overlooks the garden and is surrounded by forest. Natural/local materials were used throughout (built in 2023). For larger groups, check out the guest house next door (Airbnb: Guest House on Homestead near Floyd/Blacksburg). ~10 miles to Floyd, ~20 miles to Blacksburg, ~35 miles to Roanoke.
