Play in our huge yard, take a dip in the creek, or a hike up our mountain to our private lookout! 1/2 mile from New River with tubing, kayaking and fishing! 15 min to Boone, 15 min to West Jefferson. Perfect for a weekend getaway or for ASU parents! Stocked with goodies including local coffee, our farm fresh eggs, and homemade bread.

Rich Mountain View near Boone and ASU

The current pricing is for the almost 800 sq/ft. apartment only. Most of our quest can not believe how big it is. They always say it is bigger than the pictures show it to be. There is a full kitchen with everything needed for cooking and full size washer and dryer. Also a queen bed, and a twin sofa sleeper in the bedroom, and a a queen sofa sleeper in the living room/kitchen area. A level and paved parking area. A very quiet place away from town but only 1/2 mile to Hwy 421. Thank you

Kirsten’s Cabin

This lovely new, super cozy 400 sq ft cabin with one bedroom plus loft (queen beds) sleeps 4 people comfortably. Lovingly adorned with my mosaic artwork, “Kirsten’s Cabin” is located less than 5 minutes drive from downtown Boone and is centrally located to many High Country attractions. The convenient location is a big plus, the trade-off is you can hear traffic from the 105 bypass. Ear plugs and noise machines provided. There's parking options for different types of vehicles available.

Our space, a custom build from HGTV-featured tiny house builder Randy Jones, is on a ridge with unparalleled, 270-degree views of Grandfather Mountain, all three area ski resorts, on into Tennessee and Virginia's Mount Rogers. We're located 20 minutes from Boone and 15 to West Jefferson, and even closer to the Blue Ridge Parkway and New River activities like fishing and tubing. If you've considered downsizing, or you just want to give living tiny a try for a getaway, this is the place!

The Loft is a 800 SQFT Rustic Urban Design with 1 Bedroom 1 Bath has an open floor plan, Large windows throughout the home with breath taking views of the Mountains and trees surrounding the Property. The Back Porch is totally private with a Sectional Sofa to enjoy the evening breeze or to watch the sunset. Back in side we have a full Kitchen with all amenties of home, Dining Room, Living room with plenty of space to relax and watch TV, And a large Bedroom with adjoining Bathroom.

Welcome to Sugarworth Mountain! Our home features 3 Bedrooms, and 2 Baths. The entire house features Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring Throughout. The living room features plenty of seating, great views, a ceiling fan, TV, and a wood burning fireplace. The dining room features the dining room table and chairs, with seating for six, plus a highchair. The kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances! Two Bedrooms with King Beds, One Bedroom with Two Full Size Beds.
