Great sunrises, but not the afternoon sun in your eyes as you relax and enjoy the views from the large deck. Nice sand area with a fire pit. The sandy beach is a gradual slope into the lake. Minutes from Championship golf courses - Tullymore and St. Ives. Other great golf courses in the area. First floor master bedroom. On a quiet street with plenty of parking.

This cozy cottage is close to snowmobiling, hunting, trails, mountain biking, state land and nature. The home is great for couples and families with kids. Enjoy the in-the-woods setting with a view of beloved Chippewa Lake, which is within walking distance. Access Chippewa Lake through the DNR launch, which is a turn off of our private road and within walking distance to our cottage. Take the whole family swimming at the public swimming area with sandy swim area, picnic tables, and bathroom!

Our cottage is a 1200sqft home fully renovated in 2018 sitting on over 300ft of lakefront! Includes private dock and sandy beach a short walk away with a fire pit, 4 kayaks and paddle board. The lake offers a quiet "no-wake" time until 11am. Multiple decks to enjoy sun or shade. Enjoy great local golf, restaurants and casinos. Or sit on the sandy beach a short walk away and watch bald eagles, blue herons, ducks and osprey. Fish, ski, paddle or relax. Must be 25 years old or older to book.

Riverside Cottage

Riverside cottage has the best views on the Muskegon River! Add excitement with great fishing off the dock, during the day use the paddle boat, kayaks, or canoe to get in some sunshine. At night you can easily soak up these beautiful sunsets. Lots of wildlife including but not limited to ducks, otters, eagles, deer, swan, and turtles. Relax at our Lakehouse with a view of Chippewa Lake offering 790 acres of all sports waterway known for its fishing and spectacular sunsets. Lake access is available for entry to the lake for water activities. We are located 7.5 miles from Haymarsh State Game Area and 12.5 miles from Big Rapid where you can attend a Ferris game or dine in one of the many local restaurants. ATV and UTV riding is legal on all non M roads with your ORV sticker to explore the area or visit the local winery.

Sleepy Willow Waterfront 2-Bedroom Cottage

Relax and have fun in this spacious cottage, stocked with everything you need. Waterfront with four kayaks, a paddleboard, a canoe, a row boat, and eight river tubes all available for your use. If you prefer to stay on land, there is a large two person hammock located in the shade of the willow tree, outdoor games, or enjoy the large deck where you can lounge and have a meal. Inside you will find board/card games, dvds, and a ping pong table that can convert to a pool table or air hockey.
