Otter lake cottage

The Otter Lake Cottage is in a small fishing village with beaches 6mi. It sets on 3/4 acre with a concrete grill area out back ,plenty of parking space if you want to bring your boat canoe or bikes. Large covered porch on the front. There is beautiful rivers for canoeing or swimming, great fishing it is also less than a mile away from the Gulf. Wakulla has great Seafood restaurant'syou can dine over the water or by it. We have a park for kids and the Gulf Marine lab where they can touch and learn about sea turtles and all marine life. This is the perfect place to have a quiet get away. Otter Lake is a great place to walk it has bald eagles bird trails walking trails a great place for picnics. It's located in the national forest just down the rd.

Private Guest Suite Near Springs & Beaches

Tucked between the forest and the edge of a neighborhood, this newly remodeled private suite is at the Forgotten Coast near Tallahassee. Originally an old hunting cabin, the space has been updated into a bright, comfortable guest suite attached to our home. The large sunny room features a queen bed, kitchenette, and private bathroom. Fishing, boating, hunting, beach days, or a visit to FSU, this is a convenient spot. Nat'l Forest buggy access point-1/4 mile away, nearest boat ramp-11 miles.

Spring Creek Getaway

No Pets! In the first photo, both homes are ours—the right side is our oyster operation, Forgotten Bay Oysters, and the left is where you’ll be staying. We’re sometimes nearby but often out on the water, so you’ll have plenty of privacy. Spring Creek is home to some of the largest underwater springs, with spring boils you can kayak to. It’s also great for flats fishing. Enjoy local restaurants along the water, some with live music. There are also biking trails that lead to nearby springs 😉

Refuge on the Water

A private bit of paradise! Visitors to the Refuge on the Water gaze upon the Saint Mark's Wildlife Refuge from across a beautiful pond. Every space in the home has a tranquil water view. You'll enjoy the play of sun and clouds on the pond from inside or on the huge deck as the sun crosses the sky each day-followed by pure darkness and moonlight. This cottage is a birders, stargazers and wildlife lovers dream come true. Otters, osprey, bears and eagles await you at the Refuge on the Water.

Shell Point Beach less than 5 minutes away. Wakulla Springs State Park, home of the world's largest and freshwater spring boasts manatees, alligators and other wildlife that can be viewed from a riverboat is about 22 minutes from our house. Great fishing, scalloping, bird watching and hiking in the St Marks Wildlife Refuge.
