Mediterranean Sea : locations de vacances avec terrasse

We loved our stay at Dominic’s place. First time trip to Gibraltar and it was perfect. Walked from the airport in 10 mins, across the runway, a big novelty especially as I’m a bit of an aviation geek😁 Easy to jump on a bus outside to most locations (bus info is helpfully printed out in apartment along with other local attraction info) or walk the 10/15 mins into the heart of town, ocean village etc. loads of bars/restaurants etc. East beach is lovely for a swim and 7-8 min walk. Spotlessly clean, beds super comfy, we had everything we needed. I now have to buy an egg chair for home as our 14 year old loved it. The balconies were amazing, couldn’t get much closer to The Rock. Dominic was so quick to respond to questions and we were able to drop our cases in the apartment early after arriving at lunchtime & then wander into town with just our hand luggage bags . Thanks for a great experience😁

This place is in the perfect location. It’s clean and spacious and perfect for a getaway. There are plenty of blankets and towels which is also amazing. Would highly recommend !

Jelena mérite vraiment son appellation de super hôte. L'appartement est vraiment bien équipé, la réactivité est presque immédiate... Nous avons passé un excellent séjour d'une semaine. La terrasse est vraiment spacieuse et le garage très pratique. Literie très confortable.. Nous recommandons

Zona muy tranquila y unas vistas muy bonitas y aparcamiento privado y prácticamente en la puerta de casa, el apartamento tiene todo lo necesario y las necesidades básicas si se te ha olvidado algo, Hannah seguro lo tiene, una anfitriona de 10!

Wir hatten ein wundervolles Wochenende in Split. Die Unterkunft war perfekt und die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum mit wundervollem Ausblick! 4/5 Personen können locker dort schlafen. Bettwäsche, Handtücher alles vorhanden. Zum Hafen und Altstadt braucht man zu Fuß 10 Min. Zum nächsten Supermarkt 5 Min. Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock, also Sporteinheit inklusive aber kein Problem. Es gab sogar einen Begrüßungsfrühstück mit Obst, Toast, etc. Lile war eine sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin und immer erreichbar. Wir haben über sie auch einen Transport zum Flughafen gebucht. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

This was an incredible stay! Me and my friends absolutely loved the place and it was just perfect. We had all of our breakfasts on the terrace with a beautiful view and even in night is it just stunning. I would stay here again, without doubt.

Such a great place for a Valencia city base from which you can explore every bit of the city with ease! Cool NYC vibe to this flat and loads of space and high ceilings, lovely little outside space as well. Best of all though was Mirko as a host, super friendly, responsive and helpful host who went the extra mile with recommendations of things to see, places to eat out etc… but also to make sure we were ok during the Spanish power cuts end of April 2025. This was so kind of Mirko and really what we needed at a stressful time without power (we got lucky on this street to get lights back on pretty quickly.) Super flat, super location, super host!

הייתי במקום לבד רק לילה אחד, הגעתי בשבע בערב ויצאתי בשבע בבוקר. בחרתי בו בגלל הקירבה לשדה התעופה . רק 15 דקות ברגל. Bozidat קיבל אותי מעכשיו לעכשיו כמעט בלי הכנה מוקדמת והסכים לכניסה מיידית. למרות ההודעה הקצרה, הנכס היה נקי ומסודר וערוך הייטב לקבל אורחים. Bozidat קיבל את פני בכניסה בלבביות, נתן הסברים איך להגיע למסעדות קרובות (יש שניים בטווח הליכה והיתר בנסיעה קצרה) והסביר איך לתפעל את הבית. המקום שקט מאוד, ונח. בדירה יש מיטה זוגית וספה. מים חמים, מזגן (התצוגה בשלט פגומה אבל זה לא הפריע לי להפעיל אותו). בקיצור סיפק את כל מה שהייתי צריך. אשמח להגיע שוב לפרק זמן ארוך יותר

Прекрасное место.Мы остались очень довольны этим выбором.Хорошо спланированный дом,просторно,чисто,все удобно,все мелочи учтены.Уютная терраса на которой приятно проводить время с прекрасным видом на горы.Красивая ухоженная территория.Все безупречно.Внимательный и отзывчивый хозяин.Разрешено с питомцами,это для нас было важным.Хочу поблагодарить,нам все понравилось.Мы обязательно будем приезжать еще)рекомендуем)

Een fijn en ruim huis dat van alle gemakken is voorzien in een rustige buurt. Het is wel even lopen naar de bezienswaardigheden maar dat vinden we altijd juist wel prettig. Bij een volgend bezoek aan Paphos zouden we het huis weer boeken.

We had a good stay at Falinda's apartment. It was clean and comfortable, and her brother welcomed us warmly. The location is convenient, being close to the city park and about a 30-minute walk to the city center. Overall, a pleasant experience. We recommend it!

Logement authentique avec du mobilier moderne. Athypique. Terrasse très agréable. Seul petit bémol: à 4 nous n’avions pas assez d’eau chaude pour les douches …. Très bien placé et spacieux.

This was just what we wanted for a week of peace and gorgeous surroundings ...easy access to lovely beaches for a swim and tavernas were great too ... we would love to return next year ... satisfied customers

The apartment is really wonderful! It is indeed luxury and has a great shower and beds including mattresses comparing to regular Albanian houses. Also the communication went easy and correct. Kostaq and his family (which live at the same property nearby) are really kind and generous. Quiet and green area as it is up hill. Parking space next to the apartment which is great.

Nuestra estancia ha sido 10 estrellas . Ben ha sido amable, cercano y profesional. El apartamento increíble, perfecto, con unas vistas desde la doble terraza espectaculares. Sin duda un lugar con emplazamiento idílico y nuestra opción número uno si volvemos a La Alcaidesa. Gracias Ben!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement. Le logement est très propre, très fonctionnel, tout est bien pensé. Les 2 terrasses sont un vrai plus, petit déjeuner avec le levé du soleil à l'arrière. La piscine, comme les courts de tennis sont à proximité et accessibles. Nous reviendrons!

أقمت في منزل جودي للمرة الرابعة وكانت تجربة رائعة بكل المقاييس! المنزل نظيف جدًا، مرتب، ومجهز بكل ما أحتاجه. أشكرها على حسن الضيافة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل. أنصح الجميع بالإقامة في منزلها، وبالتأكيد ستكون لي إقامة أخرى مستقبلاً!

Miravel, La Cala, is a special place. We were met by the lovely Jani who was so helpful in showing us around. Communication from both Paul the owner and Paul the property manager was first class. We relaxed instantly. The pictures depict exactly what you get and the beds, sofas, etc are of excellent quality and very comfortable. The apartment is very well appointed with everything you need for a self catering holiday. It is also well positioned for the local restaurants. This is definitely a home from home and well cared for. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the driving range hearing the gentle click of club v ball was so relaxing. We all felt like Peter Allis commentating on individual swing styles! Surprisingly there are several kestrels nesting nearby and the air displays only added to the general feeling of peace and relaxation. While I was unable to stay at the listing due to a passport issue, my friends were able to enjoy the stay. They loved the location, and the listing exceeded their expectations—it's even better than the pictures and smelled amazing. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the process.
