Il soggiorno da Jeab è stato fantastico, lui super disponibile e alloggio pulitissimo. Posizione un pochino fuori dal centro, ma attaccata ad un 7-11 e ad una ventina di minuti dalle zone centrali della città

Pleasant to stay :) Clean restrooms, nice balcony and really comfortable bed

I stayed at Petch Tower for a month and loved it. The building is very solid — not a single crack after the recent earthquake, while nearby places showed damage. I felt completely safe. The location is perfect: right next to Wat Pha Si, with a 7-Eleven just a minute away, a great café, and a local market 5 minutes away with amazing Thai breakfast for 25–30 baht. Thonglor is just around the corner, and from the balcony, you can even see Tulum Sky Bar, which is only a short walk away. The Isara Pier is right across the river — very practical, always running, no traffic. And Piak, the host, was incredibly kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for peace, safety, and convenience.

The place and service was impeccable. Loved all the staff . Yin and his team were super helpful and happy bunch. We enjoyed spending evenings at the cafe. We would certainly come back

A great stay at Trang's place! The location is a serviced apartment building, so it comes with a reception desk and security 24/7. There is also a 7-eleven right at the lobby. Check-in was smooth and seamless where we just had to tell the reception our unit no. and let them take a photo of our passport. We managed to get an early check-in too! Apartment was generally clean and well-equipped. There were no bugs spotted at all unlike what previous reviews might have mentioned. Overall a great and positive stay and a convenient location!

Чудесный номер. Вид на бассейн. Много зелени, что радует глаз. Из номера сразу есть выход к бассейну. Хозяин очень дружелюбный и позитивный!

Extremely convenient and central location to stay in the city. Every place we wanted to go was within walking distance. The house is exactly as in the picture. The amenities provided were really useful when we ordered food or wanted to cook. Very safe and quiet street. Would definitely recommend to people.

Good base for my Bangkok stay. Lots of street food options and restaurants, 7/11 very close by, BTS 15min walk away, minimart downstairs. The pool is okay, bit in need of upkeep but good for a swim. Aum is very responsive as a host!

Un logement très lumineux dans un quartier authentique, et un immeuble calme. Des produits (notamment fruits et légumes) frais, des petits restaurants (pho et banh mi) . Des habitants accueillants. Un lac à 100 m pour se promener. Si je reviens à Hanoï ce sera dans ce quartier assurément ! Une Hôte ( Nguyen) très gentille, serviable. Merci pour tout .

Замечательные апартаменты с очень красивым видом на море! Сама квартира уютная и приятная, полностью всем оборудованная, идеальное соотношение цена качество. Хозяева также были доброжелательны и отзывчивы, оперативно отвечали на вопросы. Район идеальный в плане транспорта, моря, развлечений, еды, все рядом! Хочется обязательно вернуться сюда ещё!

Die Unterkunft und vor allem der Ausblick ist der Wahnsinn! Wanlop ist extrem freundlich und antwortet sofort auf Nachrichten, wenn man Hilfe benötigt. In der Nähe ist alles was man braucht, im Ergeschoss befindet sich ein 7 11 und direkt neben dem Gebäude ist ein Food Market. Ich würde die Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen!

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment and hope to return some time soon. The apartment is large and everything is very high quality. I enjoy how quiet it is possible to make the bed if you choose (since the bed itself can be enclosed with sliding glass - basically a second wall). In my opinion the neighborhood can’t be beat - close to everything but off the main road, with some really nice cafes just across the street and next door. Very good choice to stay in a central part of the city.

Die Kommunikation mit Ed war super, proaktiv. Die Unterkunft ist einfach zu finden, von dort aus hat man diverse Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen. Lediglich die Sauberkeit im Bad ist verbesserungsfâhig. Im großen und ganzen ein schöner Aufenthalt.

The apartment fully matches the photos – it’s cozy, comfortable, and has everything you need for daily life. The host thought through every little detail, which was a nice touch. However, I want to mention something for those who find the gym very important. The equipment there is quite old and uncomfortable to use, and the heaviest dumbbell is very light (unless you’re a beginner or don’t need much weight). Additionally, you have to book your gym time in advance for a specific slot, which, for me personally, felt very inconvenient and inflexible🙃 Of course, this is not the host’s fault, but I just wanted to mention it as I felt very upset by this. Maybe someone will find it helpful
