People under 35 years old are not allowed except families. The apartment is located in a residential building. It is not allowed to have parties in the apartment. Failure to comply with these rules or if we have complaints about bad behavior, implies the loss of the deposit and expulsion from the apartment. There is a tourist tax upon arrival of 6.88 euros per person per night.
