As dawn breaks, you may spot a bear or hear the gentle whisper of the creek where my grandmother used to frolic 90 years ago. Despite being in nature, you'll have access to a hot shower, a toilet, a mini-fridge, and a coffee maker.

Two Bicycles can be found in the shed to take a ride to the park along with two kayaks (take them to spend the day at bluestone lake only a 13 minute drive) .Winterplace is only 30 miles away. Our house is centrally located between Bluefield, Bramwell, WV and Pocahontas, VA. This makes it the perfect base for exploring the region. Winter Place Ski resort is just over 40 minutes away.
