Tucked away to the east of Mersea Island, where the waves crash and the birds do the talking. No traffic, no noise… just pure peace. We currently do not have WiFi — and that’s exactly the point. Switch off, slow down, and enjoy the kind of quiet you didn’t know you needed. 🏖️ Coastal Lodge Stay on Mersea Island, located on the popular Waldegraves Holiday Park. This stylish lodge is the perfect blend of comfort, space, and seaside charm — ideal for families, couples, or friends looking to unwind by the coast. Located close to the beach and a few minutes walk from the restaurant, bar, clubhouse, and shop. Also on site are Fishing lakes, Crazy Golf, Foot Golf and Driving Range. Entertainment in the Clubhouse. Swimming pool passes supplied in seasonal months.

3 Bed Caravan on the Seafront in Mersea Island. Open plan lounge, dining room & equipped kitchen make for perfect family & friends time. Patio doors lead onto large gated decking area with views of the sea to sit and relax on. One Double (ensuite) and two twin rooms. Separate large bathroom. Parking for two cars at side of the property. The site amenities include; pool, minigolf, restaurant, shops, clubhouse, playpark, fishing/boating lakes, and of course the white sandy/pebble beach.

The holiday home is sited on Coopers Beach holiday park (Parkdean Resorts). This is an 8 berth holiday home consisting one double bedroom two double single rooms and a pull out double in the lounge. Beds in the bedrooms are made up on arrival. (Towels not supplied) Entertainment passes can be obtained from the reception desk. Lovely place to make lasting memories. Close to the beach with the arcade, swimming pool, entertainment complex and children’s play area only a short walk away.

Exec Spec Holiday Home 5 Min Walk to Sandy Beach

Welcome to our listing for our privately owned and run beach holiday home which benefits from being located on the wonderful Park Dean Resort in Walton-on-the-Naze. The caravan is brand new and sited in the prestigious Sandy Lodge area in June 2021. Sandy Lodge is on the Southern part of the park which benefits from being close to the club house, restaurant and shop, but most importantly a short five-minute walk to the lovely sandy beaches of Walton-on-the-Naze.

Cool your drinks in the drinks fridge and enjoy your time on the decking which is south facing so you’ll have the sun all day long!
