It's a 10min walk through the village to the river with beaches and a café whilst charming Coja town is a 5min drive and includes several restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bank. A multitude of historic sights and outdoor activities are catered for in the surrounding area.

Sejam bem vindos! A Casa da Quelha é uma moradia totalmente renovada. Situada na pacata aldeia de Santa Eulália do concelho de Seia, com um miradouro com um pano de fundo a Serra da Estrela. Perfeita para qualquer estação do ano. Nas estações mais quentes podem usufruir das parais fluviais da região. No Inverno, os hospedes da Casa da Quelha, podem usufruir do ponto mais alto de Portugal Continental, com a sua bela neve e pistas de esqui e assim desfrutar das maravilhosas paisagens.

Hey Everybody! We are happy to invite you to stay in our Cozy TinyHouse! Come and enjoy the green and virgin nature of the countryside of Central Portugal. Wake up to the sound of birds singing and sunlight streaming through the windows. We are surrounded with many swimming spots and river beaches about 10-15 minutes drive! The space is also suitable for 3 adults and 1 child, or 2 adults and 2 children. The sofa is opening for a bed and i can supply bed sheets and blankets.

It is perfect for couples and solo adventurers who seek something special, and are attracted by simplicity and originality. On request we prepare a vegan/vegetarian breakfast.

The house is located in the Mondego River Valley on walking distance of a beautifull isolated riverbeach. A great place to get away from the stressed world. Excellent for a couple or an individual who loves the simplicity, purity and silence of nature. The house includes an open kitchen and living room, a 11 m2 mezanine for sleeping, an outside shower, compost toilet in a 5000 m2 forest garden with granit boulders, natural structures, sculptures and chillout places.

Il s'agit d'une maison en pierre rénovée située au dessus de la fontaine du village, appréciée dans les environs pour son eau pure. Novelães est un village très calme à seulement 5 km du pied de la Serra da Estrela entre Gouveia et Seia. La maison dispose d'un grand espace avec 3 chambres et une cuisine entièrement équipée. Vous pourrez profiter du silence et de la paix, vous promener dans les bois et visiter les attractions naturelles environnantes.

Kom genieten op onze quinta in een oase van rust. U verblijft in een volledig ingericht houten chalet. Tussen Seia en Oliveira do Hospital, buiten het dorpje Meruge. Uitzicht op de hoogste bergtoppen van Portugal (Serra da Estrela). Het chalet staat op een eigen ruime kavel, omzoomd door wijnstokken. Zon- en schaduwplekken. Op het terrein is een privé-zwembad/zonneweide. Wij ontvangen u graag met een flesje Portugese streekwijn. BEM-VINDO.

On request, adult and child bikes can be dispensed.

Situados no distrito de Coimbra, numa zona banhada pelo rio Alva, beneficiando da riqueza do vale do Mondego. Estamos a 45 minutos da Serra da Estrela, rodeados de praias fluviais encantadoras.
