The location is amazing. The neighborhood is very quiet. The place was very clean. I loved the washer and dryer option.

This was the perfect place for me and my group to stay! Matthew is very responsive and helpful. There is tons of living space that we enjoyed hanging out in.

Me and my family took the weekend trip to celebrate my birthday and the place was perfect. I have a big family and we all fit well. The place is beautiful and spacious. Thank you again to the host.

Claudia was very friendly and accommodating. The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, plus more (air fryer, blender and coffee maker.) Would definetly book again when we visit Chula Vista again.

I highly recommend this location; it was exceptionally quiet; William was outstanding. I was thoroughly impressed by his professionalism and excellent customer service. I will certainly keep this property in mind for future visits to the San Diego area. William and my son connected well since they both serve in the Navy, which was a nice touch. However, Go Army!

Fabian’s place was amazing! The communication from the host was phenomenal and everything about the place was incredible. Truely a very secure and quiet place in TJ compared to a ton of places!! Loved it here!! Can’t wait to come back again!!

The house looks exactly like the photos, and the amenities & location are even better than you think! The neighborhood is easy to find, feels very safe, and is on a gorgeous scenic coastline. The house is spacious, furniture is very comfortable, and kitchen has utensils, pots & pans, seasoning, and coffee. The electronic bidets/heated toilet seats in all the bathrooms were a nice bonus. The master bathroom shower was especially luxurious. Board games, hot tub, lawn games & trampoline were perfect for our family. Note: there are very few restaurants & no grocery stores in the neighborhood, but Rosarito has shops 20 minutes' drive south. I highly recommend you visit Popotla fishing village by Rosarito and get some fresh-caught seafood to cook up at the house. We loved it here!

We loved our stay here - the sunsets are beautiful! The balcony has a lovely view of the ocean and sunset! The building is super safe and secure which we appreciated. The apartment looks like the pictures and was clean. We throughly enjoyed both the pool and jacuzzi during our stay. The only thing I’d suggest is if you’d like to enjoy the fitness center you might have to ask the host to give access to that in the key card because the security guard told us the key card only lets you in the specific floor you’re staying at. We didn’t need to use it during our stay so it wasn’t an issue for us. But just a heads up if you are hoping to use it. We would definitely come back again! And I’ve already recommended it to friends who are coming to the area soon.

Zaira's beachside rental is fantastic, and the pictures don't do it justice. The garden space is perfect for relaxation. The beach is so close and so beautiful.

Muy bonito espacio, acogedor tiene todo lo que se necesita para pasar un bonito fin de semana. Fogata, plancha, asador y proyector para poder ver tu partido y serie favorita mientras preparas tu comida. Excelente lugar!

Our stay was amazing! The house is perfect for a big group — spacious, comfortable, and exactly as described. The hosts were incredibly responsive, flexible, and kind, always replying quickly to any questions we had. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place!

Our group of three stayed one night. Wendy was friendly and an excellent host, she recommended a beautiful spot to watch the sunset walking distance from her place. We felt very safe staying there and the gated parking was very convenient.

I was looking for a place to have 24 hours of quiet, Stillness. that's exactly what I got here. the spaces beautifully curated, and feels welcoming and comfortable.

The place is right on the beach, feels like you're in a yacht. Very nice and the sounds of the waves are perfect!

La atención de Rosario fue excelente, te hace sentir en confianza, la casa está muy equipada, con muchas cobijas y sábanas, muchas camas disponibles, bastantes utensilios de comida, pasamos un rato agradable en el billarsito, la vista a las rocas y el cerro es magnífica. A sólo dos cuadras de la carretera de la ruta del vino, y un Oxxo a una cuadra y un mercado bien surtido a dos cuadras. Realmente si recomiendo mucho la estancia, mi familia y yo disfrutamos la convivencia.
