Studio Metta - Cowaramup

Studio Metta ( Shire approval P220383) is a new cosy, light and bright self contained studio. There is one large bedroom with a queen bed, a great bathroom with high ceilings and a generously sized living area which incorporates a kitchenette and fridge, a sofa, an occasional chair and a small table for dining. Total floor area is 50m2. The outlook from the living area and the private outdoor deck is onto Parkwater forest, where you can hear birdsong and feel the nature right on your doorstep.

Plus a variety of quaint gift shops selling local craft and gourmet produce to tempt your tastebuds... From here you are only a short drive from most of the Southwest's attractions!

This place is pretty special! A lovingly restored school bus now spends its time nestled amongst gum trees. You'll soak up the warmth of the morning sun, whilst listening to the bird life, and watching sheep, cows and kangaroos in neighbouring paddocks. The privacy and tranquility will allow you make yourselves at home. Whether you’re reading in a hammock, drinking wine watching the sunset, soaking in a spa, playing boardgames, or cooking on the Weber. Not suitable for children or pets.

If a place was an exhale, this would be it. The space was created with slow & sustainable living in mind, giving you space to breathe & time to truly switch off. The Lookout sits in an open paddock, with 360 views of farmland. Take it all in from your bathtub or through huge windows that frame views stretching right over the wilds of Wildwood. Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

Only a 5-minute walk to Cowaramup main street for food, coffee and drinks. *NB, Additional charge of $40/night for 5th guest (fold-away bed and linen to suit a child) *NB, We live in an adjoining property with a young child and dog. You may hear us from time to time. We do our best to minimise our noise.

Westgate Farm - The Barn

“The Barn” was completed at the beginning of 2018 and is located within the grounds of Westgate Farm, a 100 acre working horse and cattle property in Cowaramup. The open plan, one-bedroom property has a covered terrace to the north which enjoys panoramic views of the property and surrounding countryside. Spectacular sunsets can also be enjoyed from a private walled courtyard adorned with olive trees. The Barn is strictly for two adults only.

The self contained chalet is situated on a 100acre property with 25acres vines (cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay ans shiraz) natural bushland with abundant birdlife, a gazebo overlooking a scenic lake hosting wildlife and paths within the natural vegetation to relax and photograph flora and fauna.
