We had the best 4 days staying here. The flat has everything anyone could need and a beautiful balcony as an added bonus. The location couldn’t be better, it was easy to walk anywhere and just pop in an out to drop off shopping or get changed. The host was very friendly and helpful, as was Chris, the neighbour. We had good communication and they were very attentive and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again!

We only stayed at Carolain's place for 1 night but found it to be a great apartment. Perfect location to the Aviva Centre, and very responsive hosts.

Great location, easy to find with very clear instructions on everything. Naz was friendly and quick to respond. Very nice touch to have cereal, coffee, tea etc left for us. Thank you!

Nick was very helpful at all times, very quick responding to any questions I had! Very easy to find, easy to get in and out of rooms with the instructions. The 2 separate rooms worked really well for us! Lovely stay and great location

Stayed at Helen's place due to working locally for a few days. Helen was very friendly and helpful welcoming. The place was great. Had everything I needed and felt very homely. Location was perfect for me as it was only a few minutes from where I was working. Would stay again. Highly recommend.

Excellent host, great communication, very responsive and helpful. The accommodation was lovely with great parking and in a lovely location right across from the beach. The pool and hot tub were superb. We appreciated the welcome hamper too.

Thank you for such a fab stay. The location was perfect for our visit to Manchester visiting friends. The venue is beautifully decorated, and very modern. I just wish I’d had enough time to enjoy a soak in the bath. Would definitely book again when back in the area.

We had a great 10 night stay. The house had everything a family could need including everything for a baby like a gate for the stairs, high chair, cot and baby bath. The house also had lots of games and toys perfect for a rainy day. The kitchen had all the appliances you need to cook food for a family of four including herbs and spices and a dishwasher. As well as a great washing machine, dryer and ironing board with all soap and detergents provided. There were plenty of towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and hand soap was provided as well as cleaning supplies. Most importantly house was cosy and warm all the time despite the cold weather. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and the owners were very polite and quick to respond. Highly recommend!!!

Great place! House was very nice and spacious.

It’s a wonderful experience staying here. It has best towels I have ever experienced, comparable to the top quality hotels. The e bedrooms suits us very well. We also spend a lot of time in the kitchen and dining area, eating and working. I also give high remarks on the interior finishes style. And many others, including some tasty biscuits prepared for us.

We have no complaints at all, spotlessly clean, and modern, fully equipped and felt at home straight away. Mark was very helpful and the place is to a very high decorative standard even with a soft close toilet. Would love to stay again, great local pub within a 100 meters with fantastic food. Lovely walks around the area, Zara (our dog) loved it.

Stephens place is very close to the seafront and there are loads of amenities within walking distance. The house was very clean and tidy and had everything you need for a good stay..parking is avaible right outside the property. Definitely stay here again. Thanks 😊

Great house for extended family gathering. Quiet location with easy access to the city and nearby parks and cafes (& the fabulous Lark St) Ample street parking. House stylishly decorated and stocked with tea/proper coffee and everything required in a working kitchen. Very pleasant outdoor courtyard area perfect for morning coffee in the sun! (& there was sun!!)

The apartment was so beautiful! The photos don't do it justice. Our host was super helpful and responsive with any queries! Definitely booking again when we next go to Manchester!

Perfect accommodation for a large group attending Manchester Marathon. Spacious and plenty bathrooms.

Great location shops bars and restaurants easy to walk to great variety, good for golf courses nearby. Kenny was on hand to pass on recommendations very helpful

We had an absolutely fabulous time at Alicia's. The location is ideal, slap bang in the middle of the Northern Quarter - perfect if you're in the city for socialising. The apartment was really cool with lovely decor - brand new kitchen and bathrooms really tastefully done. Host was super responsive and friendly. Only thing which could have been better is a few more basic amenities like extra toilet roll, but really I can't fault it! Advice to other guests when trying to check in - the door gate isn't locked it's just very stiff so you just need to give it a good strong pull!

My little bit of heaven. Absolutely love staying here. Immaculately clean, all the amenities I need and the occasional visit from two beautiful little cats. second stay here - flat is still as great as it was two years ago. Spotlessly clean, smart decor, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, decent shower. lots of thoughtful touches e.g. sockets by beds, effective blinds in bedrooms, cereals and long life milk, tea and coffee, cupboard of essentials to buy at uncheeky prices if you have forgotten anything. responsive and friendly host. on a quiet street very well situated for the Winter Gardens.
