This gorgeous studio has the coveted north east ocean view. Soaring nine-foot ceilings. Situated on the 11th floor, the studio is complete with an expansive private glass balcony with an enviable view of the turquoise water and sandy beach. Note that W South Beach 11th floor corridors will be on repairs and refurbishment from August 15th 2018 until August 31st 2018. The Residence will not be affected but we anticipate there could be a few more dust than normal in the corridors.
