When requesting a booking please state the purpose of your visit, number of guests, and confirm that you have read and agree to the house rules. Our focus is on family. Due to several unsatisfactory experiences, we no longer accept bookings from contractors. We do our own cleaning, so same day bookings may be limited. We're not retired.....yet. Thank you!

Welcome to Fairwinds Cottage! You will be staying in the cottage that is attached to the back of our 1902 home. We are located in the historic district, one block from the square in charming downtown Troy, Ohio. You will find great restaurants and shopping, as well as a variety of hiking and biking trails nearby. There are two dedicated parking spaces for guests. Troy is on a train route and trains are required to blow their horns for safety.
