We booked this place as a very last minute having arrived at our planned air bnb to find it was falsely advertised. As a party of 9 including a baby that had travelled for my son’s wedding you can imagine the urgency .Communication was excellent throughout abc the turnaround ( which was just 30 minutes was fantastic Maria was also very accommodating in allowing one part of the party with the baby leave later . House was very clean and everything we had hoped for .

Great place, newly remodeled, responsive hosts! Me and my family stayed here for a quick visit to see family! It was convenient and clean! Thanks for welcoming us!

We were very comfortable staying at Scott's place and found it convenient for our event in Dayton. Scott was always responsive to our questions. The home is well cared for and pet friendly, and we appreciated that some necessities are provided. There are stores nearby for any needed items, as well as many great restaurants. Troy is a very nice family friendly town. We would definitely stay again if we need to travel to the Dayton area.

We had a wonderful stay at Julianna’s place! It was perfect for all our needs. There were plenty of stores/shopping nearby and excellent restaurants as well. It was easy to find and comfortable to relax and hang out. We will definitely be coming back!

Excellent host! Highly recommend! So nice & responds so fast! House was clean & no pet odor! They must do a thorough walk of the yard to make sure no renters missed picking up dog messes because we didn’t spot any! The fenced yard was a nice size. Beds were very comfortable and they provided plenty of pillows and extra blankets. Parking was never a problem right in front of the house. Perfect location for walking our dogs downtown! Would definitley stay here again!! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Great older home that is spacious. It was a little tricky finding the home, as it is in between houses in an alleyway. There were lots of ants, which we were explained we were in. The season of them. The hosts did their best to send bug spray but it was a bit overwhelming as they were all over the house, in every room.

I’ve stayed at in at least 30 different Airbnbs and Crystal’s place is top 5 for sure! She’s thought of every detail, from coffee and creamer to fresh ice in the freezer to a comfy bed for our coonhound. She also left a couple of delicious donuts for us and there were other goodies available as well. The house was spotless, the beds were very comfortable and if you have your pet with you, the huge backyard is wonderful! Don’t hesitate to reserve this gem!

Awesome place to come and get away - second time we came to this exact Airbnb - Aaron at the front desk is absolutely awesome and super helpful we've been so fortunate to interact with him both times that we've came here and will definitely be back- there's lots to do even in the off season which is when we came last time-the kids love the indoor heated swimming pool and game room area which makes this a place you can come year round and enjoy the amenities but with all that being said I truly cannot stress strongly enough how wonderful and helpful Aaron is to interact with on both occasions that I've been out there but also Doug and his extremely reasonably priced Airbnb and such a awesome location that makes it a place you definitely want to come back to again and again and I can guarantee I'll be back again .

We stayed at Casey’s for 10 days while in the Dayton area for training at 4 Paws for Ability for our daughter’s service dog. It was all we needed and more. Comfortable convenient and appointed with all we needed to be away from home for almost 2 weeks! Nice walking paths around the complex and neighborhood with the Greene just 2 miles away with plenty of places to eat or shop.

The Flight was a great space for multiple people to stay at together. It’s very nice that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Very convenient to the University of Dayton in the baseball field. The flight was very responsive and helpful to check in needs and questions during our stay.

Shari's place is fantastic! We would not hesitate to stay there again. The location in Troy is very convenient, especially for taking in the offerings all around the Public Square. Shari was very welcoming and made certain that we had everything we needed for our stay. She contacted us before our arrival to see if there was anything specific she could provide, which we very much appreciated.

Scott was an excellent host. Responding quickly to emails and worked with us to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The home is welcoming and very comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed while preparing meals. We will definitely stay here again!!

We were in the area for a family event. Was perfect and affordable for a large family. Very comfortable and quiet. Great place for family reunions. Plenty of hot water for showers (always a plus).

Our stay was comfortable even with 2 families. It is close to necessary shopping, and less than 20 minutes from the Dayton Convention Center where we attended the TTD Homeschool Conference.
