Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, sehr geräumig, äußerst sauber und mit allem Notwendigen versehen. Uns hat sie sehr gut gefallen, und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Für unseren Strandurlaub war alles vorhanden, einschließlich Sonnenschirmen und Strandstühlen. Der Pool und der Strand sind nur wenige Meter entfernt, was perfekt war. Ich kann die Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen. Annie ist eine großartige Gastgeberin; auf alle unsere Fragen antwortete sie jederzeit schnell und war überaus hilfsbereit.

Excellent choix pour nos 4 jours en famille. Il y avait vraiment tout le nécessaire sur place (au-delà de mes attentes) pour profiter de la place: chaises pliantes, jouets de sable, body board, glacière, etc.. L'appartement était très propre et bien équipé. Il était dans un complexe locatif. Le site lui-même était aussi bien entretenu. Nous avions accès direct à piscine et plage. L'hôte était très réactif et ne nous a demandé aucune tâche particulière pour le départ, nous informant que l'équipe de ménage faisait tout!

Floricita was a thoughtful and generous host and the apartment was great - very recently renovated and lovely. She provides beach toys and equipment which was very helpful. The building is great - a block from the beach, next to a nice park and playground, and has a nice pool and coffee shop. There are many more available units in this condo and Floricita’s is among the best.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It is the perfect location on Ft. Lauderdale's strip - right off A1A with some distance from the Spring Break area. The unit was great - perfect for our family. Very spacious and clean, and right down the hall from the Residence pool. Having access to the resort amenities was also great. Salil was extremely responsive and easy going. Very easy to work with. Would highly recommend if traveling with kids. We hope to be back!

We had an amazing stay at this two-bedroom Airbnb in Miami! The pictures were exactly as shown the place was stylish, spotless, and felt like home the moment we walked in. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and you can tell the host truly cares about creating a great guest experience. The location was fantastic close to everything we needed, including restaurants, shops, and the beach. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. Overall, it was a perfect getaway and one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Miami we’ll definitely be back!

The location and apartment was great. Everything was within walking distance which was a great plus. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Had a great time staying here.

Great location- SUPER easy parking. The beach is an easy walk away! We walked up to the lighthouse which only took about 20 minutes or less and we highly recommend. Kitchen was stocked well and plenty of pillows and towels! Do plan to bring your own soap and shampoo.

Great place near design district and Wynwood, a lot of restaurants around, great shopping, Trader Joes at the corner

Rafael's place was perfect for our week in Miami. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to make our own meals. The area was quiet, and provided a lovely place to walk. Rafael was eager to help, and was a kind person. I highly recommend his place!

The apartment was perfect for our family vacation! The space was spotless, stylishly decorated, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, and we loved having plenty of room for everyone to relax. Ana was a fantastic host, quick to respond and made sure we had all the info needed for a smooth check-in. The location was ideal, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area with family! Paola was such a great host! Very communicative and helpful. Her place is so cute and clean. The location is perfect. It’s right on the beach and there’s a nice bike/walking path right outside that goes up and down Miami Beach. There aren’t many restaurants in this direct area, however we were able to walk (15-20min) to find some things to eat. We also used uber, but she does provide parking if you have a car. Would definitely go back.

The apartment felt very spacious (great walk-in closet and large living room) and looked just like the photos. The pool outside is beautiful and has easy access to the beach!
