Eppeltree fait partie d'une ferme reconvertie et est située dans un verger au milieu de la réserve naturelle, avec une vue imprenable sur le coucher du soleil. Ein privater PKW Stellplatz befindet sich direkt vorm Haus. Das kleineTageslichtbad ist mit einer Dusche, WC und Waschbecken ausgestattet.
