This home was created for my wife (Sarah) after we received difficult news of her cancer diagnosis (Ewing Sarcoma) while pregnant. We were able to create an uplifting environment to support her as she battled courageously. Unable to leave the home much, we decided to bring life's beauty to her within the home and around the property. Sarah was the ultimate host who loved to bring people together. We now visit for my little kids to remember their mom. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

A spot where the spectacular views and morning sunrises help you to forget your stresses. We accept 2-day rentals October and November! 1800 square foot home with full kitchen that opens to a large deck that overlooks 100 feet of beach. The dining area opens to a finished garage which serves as a covered patio that leads to a paver patio. 2 downstairs bedrooms have queen size beds, 1 bedroom upstairs has a king and a twin, and the open area upstairs has 2 queens for plenty of sleeping area.

We renovated this 1970s cabin from the ground up and designed it to feel open and connected to the landscape. We have just added an outdoor sauna to this fabulous cabin in the woods behind our house. Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. Guests have complete privacy and everything provided for a comfortable stay This is a cabin with peaceful relaxation in mind....no loud parties or anything of that nature. Come and enjoy northern Michigan's beauty in all seasons.
