My boyfriend and I visited with two friends, so we booked the entire barn. Helen was there to meet us when we arrived and offered us a tea and coffee with biscuits. We found the barn to be spotlessly clean. The soft furnishings and interior design were lovely quality and comfortable. The beds are lovely and comfortable. The quality and choice of breakfast was amazing and they catered for a vegetarian and gluten free. Helen was a great host who couldn't do enough for us. The grounds are pretty and peaceful with lovely views of the Countryside. The photos dont do this place justice. We really couldnt rate this place highly enough. Thanks Jen

We wanted a last minute place for the bank holiday and what a wonderful place it was! Julia’s farm was lovely the setting was amazing. Peaceful, stunning views and lots of friendly animals. Julia herself was a great host nothing was too much trouble. Everything from showing us around, tips with the hot tub and ideas for what we could do throughout the days. We’d love to go back for a night or five. Would highly recommend

We really loved staying here - our getaways with a toddler + 2 dogs can be stressful, but this was such a great place to stay that it removed all stress. The location was peaceful and quiet, the village itself was small and walkable for the local pub and playground for our daughter. It was easy to drive to local tourist spots and all the roads were fine. The accommodation itself was comfortable and clean and had all we needed. Can’t thank our hosts enough for such a pleasant stay.

Clean, comfortable, spacious, quiet accommodation with an amazing view across the Estuary. Jenny was a very friendly and welcoming host. Cake was provided on arrival and an excellent breakfast was brought up to the room. Would highly recommend.

Katie was very friendly and the view out of our window over the fields of sheep and cows was lovely. A very rural and secluded location, but within minutes of Ashburton. We will definitely stay at Katie‘s place next time we are in in Devon.

I loved staying here. I felt right at home. A lovely place to stay with generous and lovely hosts. Breakfast is particularly good. There is so much to do in the area I could have stayed longer!

Amazing find of a place on the south side of Plymouth, near ferry departures. Friendly, helpful host and excellent response times. Great value.

We had a great couple of nights away as a surprise for my husband's birthday. A beautiful quaint cottage which felt like a home away from home. Brilliantly responsive hosts who answered all my questions regarding bringing our 10 month old. A great stay and one to add to our list of places to come back to. Thank you

David was an excellent host. He was flexible with our check-in time which was very helpful. He also had not trouble catering for our dietary needs; coeliac (gluten free) and vegetarian. The room was very comfortable and clean, we slept very well. the bathroom was well equipped and spotless. It was great chatting to David, he's a lovely man with lots of local knowledge. Can't rate it highly enough, this was a fantastic stay.

This is my second time to Glastonbury & staying with Diana, such a great safe location less than 5 mins walk from the highstreet. felt right at home staying in Diana's can't wait to come back again next year.

Rachel is friendly, polite, helpful and easy to talk to. She helped me with parking. The room is cosy and it has a large double bed which is very comfortable. The bathroom is a spacious, with the dining room, they have the nice decorations that I liked very much. I would recommend Rachel's lovely home.

We loved staying at Belinda's, it couldn't have been a nicer experience. The location was perfect, rural and quiet but close to public transport. Dartington Hall is a lovely walk. Belinda communicated clearly and quickly. Well worth the value!

The accommodation was exactly has described, pet friendly and a short walk to the beach and theme park. Our daughter loved the kids play area and we were lucky enough to be able to check early and there was ample free parking We will be using marks property again in the future

We had a wonderful stay! The house has a beautiful garden and a charming traditional style. Everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Polly is a lovely and friendly host who respected our privacy, which made us feel completely at ease. She also kindly guided us to local sightseeing spots, which helped us make the most of our trip. Every morning, she prepared a lovely breakfast for us, including fresh bread with jam, milk, almond milk, cereal, tea, and coffee. It was a perfect start to the day. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic 2 night stay here. Linda and Alan were super welcoming, and seemed to have the perfect balance of being friendly & professional. They actually went above and beyond in helping us out, and we are very appreciative for that. The bedroom was comfy and clean and the bath robe was a lovely addition. The bathroom was also immaculate and breakfast was really easy and what we needed. Thank you again!

This beautiful home in Launceston was a pleasure to spend several days in. I was greeted warmly on arrival (the fresh brew was much appreciated, after a long trip!) and Justin was a gracious, enthusiastic and personable host throughout my stay. The continental breakfast was tasty and always well laid out and the guestroom was spacious, extremely clean and well-appointed, with delightful views of the garden courtyard during the day. Access to the property was straightforward, with Justin providing clear instructions on this. The bed and supplied linen were comfortable and spotless and everything felt homely, cosy but uncluttered. I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone visiting the Launceston area, who may not even be spending much time in the town itself as it would certainly be worth using as a base to explore the rest of N. Cornwall and neighbouring areas of Devon. Hope to be able to stay here again in the future! :)

A really great stay at Beverley's house. Both Beverley and Ian made me feel welcome in their lovely, comfortable, well appointed home.

We were greeted by Julie and Graham, and got a warm welcome from Max the family dog too. The property is beautiful, so cozy and inviting, Julie and Graham are the warmest of hosts, even supplied homemade cake....just perfect. If you're in the area I can highly recommend this cozy cottage.....just amazing.

I honestly have one word to describe Rita and that is perfect. It was an amazing weekend away from work and responsibilities and Rita made us feel right at home. Not only was she always willing to help and carried a smile on her face but she helped us with recommendations on where to go for dinner and what to do during the day. Her hospitality could not have been better and we could not have had a better time there. We cannot wait to go back soon and do more things. It was the loveliest weekend thank you so much

I arrived tired after driving through lashing rain. I was made to feel immensely welcome. Everything was very fine indeed and Rachel had put a lot of thought into providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.

What a delightful old-fashioned B&B. Lovely, friendly hosts, comfortable room (it's old and quirky but that's clear when you book) and the cooked breakfast was simply delicious - made with care. You even get home-made marmalade and toast with your tea in china cups. The pond and ducks complete the scene. Thanks Rosemarie!

Our stay with Anne & Jonathan was perfect. They both made us feel very welcome and we loved exploring their farm. Anne is also a wonderful passionate cook, we were spoilt with her delicious home made food. Many fruits and veggies were grown on their land. The standard of the accommodation is also very high with a fine attention to detail and wonderful old furniture. The stay suited us perfectly and really look forward to staying again with them. Thank you so much for the welcome to your lovingly furnished house. It was a real stroke of luck. Kaz and Stephen and their little dog Pixie did everything they could to make us feel completely at home. We received excellent tips for Bristol and our onward journey. The breakfast was also very generous and delicious. The room is a dream; the bed is super comfortable, and the room was also spacious enough. The garden is beautiful. We hope to be back in Bristol soon and see the three of them again.
