A peaceful countryside stay with amazing views and lovely animals — the horses and llamas made it extra special! The house was cozy and clean, and the Jerry was very helpful and welcoming. Would definitely return

Lovely place - very private but walkable to local shop and pub, and close to Blenheim, Oxford, and the Cotswolds. Very comfortable, feels like home. Sarah is very helpful and responsive. Definitely recommended.

Vania’s flat was very nice! We cooked quite a few meals in the kitchen and it had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable as was the furniture in the living room area. We also liked having a washing machine! The public transportation into London is very easy! We’d hop on the 140 right outside the door, take it two stops to the tube station and the tube went right to pretty much whatever stop you needed! The neighborhood is lively. We would get back kind of late and still markets and restaurants were open and people were out and about and it was Sunday/Monday. I recommend Praba and The White Horse - such good food at both places and easy to walk to. I recommend Vania’s place! I hope to be back in London again and would stay for sure.

Amazing stay! The place was immaculate, lovely living room area, well stocked kitchen and cosy bedroom. Looks even nicer than the photos! Lots of nice little touches like milk in the fridge, tea bags, coffee, blankets and a speaker. We enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony overlooking the countryside view. Will definitely be back!

Perfect flat for my week in Oxford. I needed somewhere I could work remotely when necessary, use as a base to go to events and a place I could recharge after long days. The Wi-Fi was really good (something I was worried about) Relatively modern, very cozy, tastefully furnished and decorated Best check-in! They send a handbook in advance and make the whole process extremely clear. The property manager was very nice and asked if everything was going okay with the flat. I had a minor issue with the bath plug that they were able to solve immediately. Loved that they have a bath They have a small dishwasher (tablets available) They have a laundry machine (may need to bring your own detergent) Greta location

What a stunning location for pure peace and quiet. The retreat is an oasis! The place itself was incredible and the hosts were both responsive and helpful. This is the second time I have stayed in one of Mike & Adina’s places and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. The property itself has been finished to a high standard and was so clean. The BBQ and hot tub were both easy to use. I absolutely loved it, thank you!!!!

Want to say a huge thank you to Sara and Simon. Amazing hosts, all the essentials that you need, true craftsmanship from Simon with what he’s done to the place. We would highly recommend this wonderful little find. Shame we didn’t come later in the year as we’ve missed out on the goats! Thank you so much!

I didn’t stay personally, but my partner and daughter went there for a weekend, the place is wonderful, especially if you have dogs. Beds are comfortable and all round reports were positive. The only things worth a mention I suppose our lack of Wi-Fi/phone reception and also if you are driving a van the people on the gate can be quite unhelpful. Probably best mentioning it in advance so the owner can have a word but my family loved it and would happily go back 😊

Was a great little stay, spacious kitchen to cook from and enjoy all the comforts of your own home. Nice and peaceful location and would 100% return in the future :-)
