The place totally lived up to my expectations and I’d come back anytime. Katy is a great host. The location is unbeatable — away from the heavy tourist crowds, you can really explore Tbilisi like a local, with amazing restaurants, cool cafés, and great shops just around the corner. The view from the terrace is stunning, and the interior is super cozy. I honestly don’t get the complaints about the hard bed — and I’m really sensitive! I slept like a baby every night and actually felt like the mattress was great for my back. The only thing I’d point out is the elevator — definitely don’t rely on it.

We had an amazing stay! The view was stunning and all the plants were gorgeous too. We thoroughly enjoyed Kaş and the surroundings. The food was great, people were really friendly and there are cute shops around. We would visit again, also with a stay at Gulhun’s flat :)

Le quartier est , à mon avis, le plus agréable de Tel Aviv. Le logement est situé dans une rue très calme mais très proche de lieux animés, du marché et de la mer. Il n'est pas grand mais est très bien aménagé, avec beaucoup d'intelligence et de goût. . On s'y sent bien. Il dispose de tout l'équipement nécessaire et notre hôte a répondu à toutes nos demandes. Notre séjour a été extrêmement agréable.

We loved our week-long stay! It’s in a friendly and walkable neighborhood (with easy access to Galata Tower), and right across from a coffee shop that also acts as a corner store. Although it’s a humming area, the apartment is very quiet (we have a 7-month old so that was really important for us). Lastly, the host, Dodo, is amazing! Friendly, responsive, and full of great recommendations. We will miss our little home away from home, but excited for others to enjoy!

Останавливаюсь не первый раз в этой студии. Прекрасный вид, так что даже в плохую погоду вы не упустите ни какпли моря :) Закаты тоже показывают! Около дома ходит весь важный транспорт, можно легко уехать в аэропот, Сапри, Гонио, Ботанический сад за 30 тетри (0,3 GEL). Электрический нагреватель, вода идёт сразу горячая, напор всегда хороший. В холодное время года для отопления хватает кондиционера и обогревателя. Есть небольшая электрическая сушка для белья – удобно во влажном климате. Чистота при заселении всегда идеальная, спасибо!

The location is good, centrally located. Communication with Laven is very good. Quick and effective. The place is just what he described. He has 2 aircon/heater, one in the living room and another one in the main bedroom. Other rooms has no heater. Big balcony with view of city. During my stay, I was having a problem about the car park in the back yard. It seemed that all spaces occupied by his Neighbours. Anyway, there is public street parking in front of the apartment with 1 GEL / hour.

Great space. Great location by the water and in nice walking distance to the rest of the city. Definitely would stay here again. Roy is an excellent host.

Nikoloz and his father were very welcoming and their unit made me feel at home. They were very responsive with any questions I had. Very nice hosts. The studio loft was quite interesting and it's pretty quiet when the windows are closed. Stores and restaurants are within walking distance. Fridge, washing machine, hot stove, silverware, cooking utensils and pots are provided. Bathroom towels, toilet paper and soap are also provided. The bed is big and comfortable for a good night's sleep. The outdoor patio is also spacious and there's a good view of the city. Looks really nice at night. Due to the sloping roof and ceiling, the shower stall will be quite small for taller people. It would've been nice to have shelves in the bathroom to put your toiletries on. A microwave in the kitchen would be nice to put in. Definitely recommend Nikoloz' studio loft to anyone. Would stay here again if I return to Tbilisi in the future.

We stayed at Alia's place for most of Ramadan, it was so spacious and beautiful inside, we felt right at home! It had everything we needed and more. Alia was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay and even went out of her way to find us a nanny and nursery nearby and sweets from Istanbul! We can definitely recommend!

I was living there for 4 months. It was perfect. One problem - if electricity was turned off (for the district - it happened sometime), you need to restart the hot water heater (which wasn't available from my part of the flat) But the owner knows about that (gets an SMS notification from the electricity company) and came after that to do it, even if I can't. So, as a result, it wasn't a big problem. PS When I rented a second part of the flat, I did it myself. PPS, it was one of the best flats I've lived in. And the full-wall window perspective from the bedroom was amazing!

Thank you to the host first of all – she responded immediately and was very helpful. As for the apartment, it’s a bright space with high ceilings, and I must highlight how clean it was – spotless! It was also very quiet at night, which made my stay even more comfortable. I definitely recommend Nino’s lovely apartment!

Beautiful apartment located on the hillside. It is an old historical building with no elevator (the apartment is on the fourth floor). A big terrace with a stunning view. Two comfy bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom, and a big living room. Fully air-conditioned. The only problem we have experienced was mosquitos (we suggest the host increase mosquito nets). The furniture on the terrace has to be improved (more oversized table, chair). The neighborhood is pretty, with stores and restaurants. Consider that the house is on the hillside, so all the streets are uphill.

Our 2nd time staying here. Clean, modern, all appliances work great. Great location, walking distance to anything you may need. Management team is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

This was my second stay at this place and everything was amazing again! The flat was just as clean, cozy, and well-equipped as I remembered. It feels like a home away from home. Shalva, as always, continues to be a fantastic host, friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. Highly recommended !!!

It's much better than it looks on the picture. This is a best place at this price. I could stay here for a month comfortably with a large space for one person. Sunshine with a great view of the cathedral is beautiful. And its location is near from tourist spots, restaurants, supermarkets and metro. Above all, I wanna stay here again due to the very friendly and kind host.

A beautiful and cozy apartment in a great location of Tbilisi - good views, right in the heart of the old town and close to everything you would need. If you are looking for a place to be able to get everywhere easily - this is an amazing pick. The apartment is spacious and you feel right at home. The old architecture and courtyards around make it so much better. Tamar is also an extremely hospitable and communicative host. If you need recommendations for restaurants or are looking for something more specific - she is always willing to help. Definitely recommend the place for everyone coming to Tbilisi!

Excellent stay in david’s loft - Highly Recommended. David’s loft in Tbilisi was perfect—stylish, well-equipped, and in a great location. The first-floor unit (no lift) was cozy and had all essential amenities, though toiletries weren’t provided. A nice surprise was the complimentary wine bottle, a thoughtful touch! David was a fantastic host—responsive and welcoming. The area was vibrant, with cafes and attractions nearby. Despite minor notes, the overall experience was outstanding. Soundproofing was also not perfect but manageable. Would gladly stay again! Highly recommended for a comfortable, charming stay in Tbilisi. 🏡🍷

The landlord was very enthusiastic, confirmed the time of arrival and other information with us at the first time, and sent the address to us, asking whether we needed the bus station pick-up and drop-offThe room is very clean and equipped with many household appliances, including air conditioner, refrigerator, washing machine, television, microwave, bread machine, etc. In addition, there are cooking tools in the kitchen cabinet, which is very suitable for guests who like to cook themselves. The location is on the east coast, and the transportation is relatively convenient. There are shops with clear prices nearby. Compared with those small shops that charge foreigners arbitrarily, I recommend the ones with clear prices. If there is another chance, I would like to stay there again.
