The Rausch cottage is located on Wixom’s lakebed. In 2020, we had a flood of a century which damaged many homes. The water is gone for now but we rebuilt and this cottage is better than ever! Home Is located on a private drive peninsula with 100 ft on Wixom canal. Free and ample parking included.
