Every thing is here, close to Edinburgh , the sea, beautiful hills and mountains - a gateway for you to enjoy, resting, sightseeing, walking, cycling , Edinburgh Festival -ITS ALL HERE!

The Annie is located in the lovely rural village of Romanno Bridge. ( 15 miles from Edinburgh / -10 miles from Peebles) The property which is an Annex within our grounds with only the driveway being shared access. will comfortably accommodate 2 adults and 2 small children. There’s a beautiful secluded garden area with access to your private hot tub. Perfect if you want to just have a relaxing break in the country. This is also an ideal base for anyone wishing to explore the Scottish Borders.

Stay here in one of the most important features of the Penicuik Designed Landscape, a Palladian house built in 1714, harboured within a one and a half hectare walled garden. With a burn running through a beautiful wildflower meadow, this is a nature sanctuary that you will not want to leave. Nestled in the outhouses is a sauna leading to a handmade cedar hot tub.
