We intend this space to be something of a sanctuary for ourselves, & invite you to do the same. Stay in the 1st floor suite of a private home in Powelton Village - a residential neighborhood in West Phila. within walking distance to the Univ. of Penn, Drexel University & the Art Museum on the Benjamin Franklin Pkwy. The house is 20 mins. via public transit to Center City restaurants & shopping. Suite includes a sitting room, bedroom, & private bath. Amenities incl. microwave, fridge, dinner table, washer/dryer, & use of a full kitchen. Hardwood floors throughout. Public curbside parking.

Our Mayor of Philadelphia once resided near the block and has sponsored this block to keep it nice and neat. Our family has been local to Philadelphia for 30 years and we have renovated the entire building to feel refreshing and spacious while still being affordable. We personally make sure all sheets and towels are washed and clean with sanitizing spray throughout the whole unit after every stay. Space is spotless and we expect nothing less. It is probably cleaner than your own house lol!

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay plus its very private no one will even know where you are it's a little hideaway, Real secrets are kept here stay here and never leaves. this place is steamed after every visit and clean from top to bottom unlike some hotels that Rush just to get the other guest in. It's always been two guest but as of lately most people want to bring an extra person so I add three however if booking for 3 the 3rd person have to take the couch.

Small Room with Futon Bunk Bed

We are located in an upscale suburban college town. 2 train lines run close by, stations are in walking distance. Great restaurants, movie theater, health food store and public library. Train to Center City Philadelphia (25 min) Amtrak and cheap bus to New York City. No smoking, drugs, alcohol allowed in house or anywhere outside on the premises. Please don't book this room if you need to smoke or vape or drink alcohol. No TV. Get a good night sleep, bu not suitable to spend entire days.

We are within walking distance, or a short drive, to restaurants including Thai, Indian, Italian, Mexican, Greek. We have dogs and cats so if you have allergies, this may not be the place for you.
