The Vintage House on Locust

Swing on the front porch, smell the roses in the flower beds and let your mind go back in time to the 1930’s & 40’s at our Craftsman style centrally located home on Locust Street near historic downtown Texarkana. Our vintage home is located in a socioeconomically diverse, lot and block, historic neighborhood only minutes away from downtown. I-30, the airport, shopping, golfing, sports facilities, medical facilities and just about any style of restaurant you can desire are only minutes away.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. House is at the back of 20 acres! Has stocked pond for fishing or drink coffee on the front porch and watch whitetail deer in the yard! Fenced in backyard for pets and plenty of room for them to roam and pond for them to swim in. Has a big garage. 3.5 miles from the fair grounds, 4 miles from downtown Texarkana, 2.8 miles from cooper tire. Close enough to everything but relaxing and quieter then you can get in a neighborhood!

Ambitious Heights is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage style home where you can enjoy sitting on the swing on the covered front porch or grilling in the backyard. It is located in an overall quiet, culturally diverse neighborhood with schools, churches, restaurants, shopping and the historic downtown area nearby. It has ROKU TVs in the living area and master bdrm, a Washer/dryer, off-street parking for two vehicles and street parking on two sides. Guests will have access to the entire home.
