This relaxing, private suite is perfect for your stay! Our organized space includes high-speed wifi, a gas fireplace, and even a washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, hot plate, cookware, and a three-in-one microwave/air fryer/mini baking oven. You have your own entrance and the space to yourself. Guests find the location very convenient and we often hear that the space feels comfortable, homey, and that we've "thought of everything!"

Welcome to our home! We built this guest space to host people from all over the world and we hope you love it as much as we do. A lot of care and thought went into this, so we hope you will appreciate all of the things we've done to make our home yours when you stay with us. There are two great bedrooms with high ceilings and lots of light and fresh air. There is a common space with a reading nook, kitchenette, and a closet for your coats, bags, and all of the treasures you find to bring home.

I'm Mod Abode You! A funky retro themed basement apartment inspired by the groovy 60s-70s, this spot is a vintage lover's dream. Kick your feet up, put a record on the turntable, play a board game, and peruse the vintage books. This quirky apartment has it all: a full kitchen, a clawfoot tub, and even a working Ms. Pac-Man arcade! The attention to detail is impeccable. Located in quiet southeast Portland, 8 minutes away from the lovely food and shopping corridor of the Woodstock neighborhood.

Charming cottage apartment on a garden and forest hill. Next to the Willamette River, 30 mins from downtown Portland. Relax, and enjoy the quiet and peaceful surroundings. Fully stocked kitchen. Fast wifi at 50 Mbps. Cozy inside in the wintertime, also with a park-like setting with walking access down the lush backyard to the river where you can enjoy swimming, fishing, kayaking, and bird watching. You can use the shared recreation room with ping pong, pool table, shuffleboard, and weights.

Walking distance to the public transport train (max station), Elk Rock Island State Park, downtown Milwaukie, and only 10 minutes by car to downtown Portland. The riverfront park green space and boat launch are quite literally steps away from our front door. Take a walk along the beautiful river! *Note: there is a single-story flight of stairs leading up to the ADU on the second floor.

Private and secure entrance to this modern and 5-Star space! Comfortable Queen Murphy bed that converts to a sofa. Fast Wifi and Smart TV w/access to Netflix & Prime Video. Fenced yard with security gate entrance, off of private paved driveway, to lead you to your own private patio & room entrance. Self check-in is at 2pm or later. Check out is 11am. No pets. Smoking allowed on the outside patio only. Flat entrance pathway is well lit from your parking space to your room & patio.
