Mindelo : locations de vacances au bord de l'eau

Ho alloggiato nell’appartamento di Robert e mi sono trovata molto bene. L’appartamento è bello e ben curato, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. Federica, che ci ha fatto il check-in, è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Se dovessi tornare a Mindelo, sceglierei di nuovo questo appartamento.

Logement très spacieux assez bien équipé bien que nous n’avons pas trouvé de quoi faire sécher le linge. Immeuble très exposé au vent et fenêtres peu étanches. La piscine est, hors saison, inutilisable à moins d être motivé par l’eau très froide. Situation géographique éloignée du centre de mindelo, mais facilement accessible à pied ou en taxi. Réception et personnel de gardiennage très sympathiques et souriants. Logement confort mais assez impersonnel.

Recomendo sim, apartamento incrível, muito agradável, super bem equipado com muito bom gosto, me senti em casa. Calmo a noite, bom para descansar, vizinhos simpáticos, da para ir a pé para a praia em 10 minutos, internete boa, até TV com centenas de canais.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Bruno. Son logement est spacieux, propre et bien situé. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôte.

Nous remercions Marise et sa maman pour l’accueil chaleureux et la réactivité. Lors de notre arrivée, mon compagnon et moi ne nous attendions pas à un si bel appartement, encore plus beau qu’en photo. Le ménage est impeccable, tout est neuf et fonctionnel. Très bien situé, vous trouverez un food truck juste en bas qui sert de très bons hamburger et dont les cuisinières sont amicales. La mer se trouve à 10min à pieds et le ferry encore avant, pleins de restaurants se trouvent à proximité. La résidence est sécurisée et paisible. Nous recommandons vivement cette hôte et nous n’hésiterons pas à en parler à notre entourage 😊

Liliana is a very heartwarming host, quick to respond to your questions and helpfull in aiding your trip around Saõ Vicente. Couldn’t have wished for more. About the appartment. It is located right on the sea board. A beautiful and tranquil place to enjoy the ocean, read a book and at night you have an amazong view of the stars. There’s a garden with a lot of shade and place to relax. Right next door there’s a small turtle sanctuary and you can make a roundtrip by foot around the vulcano. So enough to do for everyone. Inside the appartment is very clean, tidy en cozy. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Olavo ist ein Schatz und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Es ist traumhaft schön, man hört sogar das Meer rauschen. Wir würden immer wieder buchen!

Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in het droomhuis van Carlos. super uitzicht, veel ruimte en voldoende restaurants en winkeltjes op loopafstand. Meerdere zitjes rondom de woning en een oprit achter de poort om een auto te plaatsen. Mogelijkheid tot koken in de grote keuken, de winkel naast het huis heeft zelfs broodjes en verse eieren. Een aantal kittens en katten liepen soms door de tuin(komen niet naar binnen), deze houden wel van een extra hapje eten ;) Vergeet niet iets mee te nemen voor de veelal arme bevolking zoals de inwoners van de ver gelegen bergdorpjes, een kleine moeite met een groot effect! Wij brachten onder andere kleurpotloden, gummetjes en tekenspullen, wat waren ze blij. Restaurant Casa Maracuja is een aanrader!

House is situated in a remote village near the sea. The house has an ocean view and is 10m from the sea, you’ll literally hear the waves crashing against the rocks from your bed. Super peaceful place. Very responsive and helpful host. Be aware that restaurant options are limited in this town and you’ll be eating either fish or chicken + vegetables and rice and you need to make a reservation beforehand. Additionally mini markets don’t have a lot on offer either so you’ll have to make due with less than you might be used to compared to other places on the island.

Evaristo hat uns persönlich willkommen geheissen in seinem schönen und geräumigen Strandhaus. Vom oberen Stockwerk hatten wir sowohl vom Zimmer, wie auch von der Küche/Lounge im Freien einen herrlichen Blick auf den Strand, das Meer und Santo Antão. In Gehdistanz gibt es ein paar Mini-Mercados, in denen die nötigste Lebensmittel erhältlich sind. Bis auf ein paar Tagesgäste am Strand und im Restaurant Chez Zoe gibt es kaum Touristen. Die Einheimischen sind freundlich und authentisch. Die Anbindung mit Aluguers nach Mindelo funktioniert super (häufige Verbindungen) und ist jedesmal ein tolles Erlebnis. Auch Baia das Gatas lässt sich mit etwas Glück und Verhandlungsgeschick mit Aluguers erreichen. Evaristo gab uns auch sehr gute Kontakte über die wir Ausflüge für eine Bootstour oder zum Schnorcheln auch direkt ab Salamanca organisieren konnten.

Accoglienza molto buona.A parte qualche piccolo problema con energia elettrica,peraltro risolto nel giro di qualche ora,l'appartamento e' ben tenuto ,ampio e perfettamente conforme alla descrizione .Situato fronte spiaggia in un quartiere ottimo,con bar e ristoranti molto vicini.L'host e' molto disponibile e celere nella risoluzione di dubbi.Davvero consigliato.E' valsa la pena.

The stay could not have gone better. After a stressful flight, Sr. Maurits' hospitality helped us embody the spirit of the island. He recommended the best restaurants and attractions to us, helped us and was available for everything we needed. As for the apartment, excellent location in a prestigious area, newly built, all amenities, products and decoration heavy on detail. 5 stars aren’t enough, Mr. Maurits and his apartment deserve every blessing coming their way. Thank you very much, we will undoubtedly return soon 🙏🏾❤️

mooie, ruime en schone verblijf. je hebt geen opgesloten gevoel door het vele licht binnen en de aanwezige balkonnen. alles is aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. je loopt zo het strand op. wil je de omgeving verkennen dan stap je zo op de bus die stopt voor de deur of pak je een taxi. genoeg te doen in de omgeving: restaurants, speeltuin, museum en het centrum is met de taxi binnen 5 min te bereiken + schoon + vriendelijk en behulpzaam + beveiling aanwezig + levendige omgeving + supermarkt vlakbij - hoge trap om bij het appartementencomplex te komen. (in gebouw zelf wel een lift aanwezig. zou een sleutel krijgen om via garage alsnog beneden de lift te kunnen pakken ivm kinderwagen. was uiteindelijk niet nodig. - op winderige dagen veel wind te horen in huis. opgelost met een doekje voor de rooster waardoor het niet meer te horen was in huis - balkondeuren konden niet op slot (geen probleem zat 8 hoog)
