Deb's place was exactly what we were looking for! I traveled with my elderly mother and grown daughter and we had an excellent stay. The balcony has a lovely view of the ocean and was exactly as it was described; great area to hang out for morning coffee. We appreciated the convenience to beach and pool. There is a parking spot included which was extremely convenient. Our hosts were very responsive from the moment we selected the place to the time we left. I would highly recommend this spot.

This place was very nice and clean. Right on the beach. They responded very quick if you have any questions. We got there early and was able to get in the place early which they don’t have to let you in until 4 . 100% recommend. I will rent this place agin.

Nav and his team were great. The place was great - a high end weekend getaway. No complaints and highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay! The building was very luxe. Bed was comfy and clean. My wife was very happy and felt she was treated well for her 30th birthday!!

Logement conforme à la description. Très bien situé. Gabriel met à la disposition des locataires le linge de maison, les draps, serviettes de bain et de plage, chaises de plage, parasol, raquettes de tennis, etc... Service de parking très pratique. Arrêt de Trolley juste en bas de la résidence qui permet un accès en 20 minutes au centre-ville. Service gratuit. Je recommande ce logement!

This place was amazing to stay at! Our group had an amazing time. Everything around the place was close enough to walk and the beach was within a minute walk as well. I recommend everyone to stay at this place if you are considering it!

My dealings with Homestakes was excellent. They were extremely responsive and every time I had a question, they were there to help. I would definitely go through them again.

We had an amazing week at Barry’s place. It was clean and comfortable . Barry thought of everything ! The location is perfect with the beach , pool and tiki bar are all perfect to have on site . The resort staff were all very nice and helpful. Valet parking was a breeze. We enjoyed sitting on the patio each morning and night and enjoying watching the ocean and beach activity. Lauderdale By The Sea is a short walk with so much to offer . I cannot say enough about my stay at Barry’s place ! OH, And having Judy available at arrival was a big plus; she showed us everything and helped us bring in our groceries too!

Es war ein tolles Appartment. Mit einer fantastischen Lage. Alles notwendige vor Ort. Sogar Stühle und Schirm für den Strand. Alles sehr sauber. Sogar Pads für Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler. Debbie ist ein toller Gastgeber und wir kommen gerne wieder.

The location was absolutely perfect. The beach is 5 minutes walk, Hillsboro lighthouse 15 minutes and the water taxi stop 5 minutes. There are restaurants as close as 5 minutes and a great selection at the pier which is 20 minutes walk. The neighbourhood felt very safe and whenever we walked we were always greeted with a hello/ good morning etc. We found the property had everything that we needed to have a great time. The porch was excellent and we enjoyed sitting in there unwinding after a day out.

You cannot beat the location. Beach access behind building and easy walk to south beach restaurants and stores. The place is small yes but has all you need for brief stay - refrigerator, table, TV, stove (if need be). Plenty of towels and access to beach chairs and umbrella. I’d def stay again

We had a great stay here. The apartment is spacious and clean. It fit 6 of us comfortably. The location is also great 1 block from the beach, close to stores and restaurants and easy to uber anywhere else. Check in was easy and Marla was available and responded quickly to anything we needed. Thank you.

Washer and Dryer are not in the unit (the listing does not explicitly state this) I would write a more eloquent review, but seems I am limited to 1000 characters.

Several stay in Miami, several different hotels and Airbnbs - after the stay @Nitishs Place I know exactly where to ask first when coming again to Miami. In short words - it was perfect. And. - in some aspects even topped our expectations. For example who would have thought that an apartment directly on ocean drive would be so quit in the night ? Anyway - we can only recommend this place. (Oh - and btw our kids were also part of the group - and liked it as well!).

We had a blast during our stay at this property! The space matched the photos perfectly and Hannah and team were perfect hosts! Super responsive and very easy to work with! The space is in a great location with walkable access to great restaurants. I definitely recommend staying here! I can’t wait to come back !

Pictures truly don’t do justice to how stunning this apartment is—or the bittersweet feeling I have leaving it. Nestled in the heart of Brickell, Miami’s vibrant and upscale neighborhood, this place offers breathtaking views of the bay. You can watch boats glide by and soak in the serene, sparkling water right from the balcony. The mix of city energy and calming ocean vibes is unmatched. Easily the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Jessica is super chill and an amazing host. I’d 💯 recommend!
