Please note: music can be heard throughout the property. Walgreens/CVS are within walking distance. Our space is located in the heart of "Condado" - at the end of our street is the quietest part of Ocean Park Beach and at the end of our block is Loiza Street (buzzing with awesome restaurants...) It is fully equipped, spacious and bright. It was renovated and restored to its original design while integrating modern amenities (all bedrooms and living spaces are equipped with AC). It is furnished and designed with simple, minimal custom pieces following the less is more philosophy.

Located right on the beach at Ocean Park, one of the hottest areas in San Juan. Our recently renovated rooms are perfect for couples. They are equipped with smart TV, mini-fridges, private bathrooms with showers, safe deposit box, ceiling fan, and free wifi. Maid service is provided daily. Also, beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas. We are the home of Kite Puerto Rico a kiteboarding school and retail store, and The Beach House bar and Bistro.
