A Mountain View Chalet is nestled on the wooded hillside of Juniper Hill in Wilmington, NY. The chalet has a spectacular view of and short drive to Whiteface Mountain. This chalet is also a scenic, 15 minute drive to Lake Placid. This charming A-frame is picturesque and reminiscent to the setting of a hallmark movie. Whether you cozy up inside next to the fireplace, gazing out the window at Whiteface, or gather around the fire pit making memories and s'mores, you are going to love this chalet!

But even the most discerning guests will be quickly spirited away by the rustic charm and secluded forest feel. The Chalet sleeps 4 people and has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The Chalet is located approx. 4.5hrs from NYC by car and is the perfect place to: escape the city, rekindle a romance, ski/ride Whiteface Mountain, hike, fish and so much more!

We are happy to share our vacation home, which we've lovingly prepared to share. Quiet 3 bedroom within a 5min walk to downtown restaurants, coffee, breweries, and shops. There are 2 full baths, dining room with seating for 6, living room (w/fireplace, board games, record player, & a beautiful view of the mountains w/o blinds), fully stocked kitchen (microwave, oven/stove, coffee maker, flatware, utensils, pots, pans, prep utensils). Outside patio with table/chairs/umbrella and coal BBQ.

Lake Placid Townhouse, Short Walk to Main Street

Pinehill Phase II Townhome offers ample room with a well stocked kitchen, dining area, living room, gas fireplace, 1/2 bath on main level. Portable A/C Units in each bedroom and the main floor living room. Upstairs offers two bedrooms, full bath. Lower level has bedroom, den, 3/4 bath, laundry. 4/10ths of a mile walk to Village. NO PETS/NO SMOKING. Per HOA rules, no boats, campers or trailers are allowed on property. Max occupancy 8, including infants. (Rental Permit #2025-STR-0414)

The Lake Placid House

Cozy and comfortable full cottage with 3 bedrooms including a king bedroom, queen bedroom and a bunk room that has a full/twin bunk and a full separate bed in the room as well. Mountain views to the east and a short walk to the village. A wood stove in the living room and radiant floors in the bathrooms and first floor living space help to keep you nice and warm. 2 full bathrooms that are fully remodeled and 1 has a tub and the other has an oversized tile shower. Convenient to downtown.
