Positively 4th Street is like staying with a good friend. Live like a local - tuck into this sweet, secluded spot after busy days exploring. Easy parking, natural light, air conditioning and a lovely patio make for an inviting stay - indoors or out. Walk or bike to the Old Sawmill district or downtown for a night out, or gather fresh organic veggies, sweets, artisanal breads, cheeses and meats to create a charcuterie board and enjoy a quiet meal crafted in our fully stocked kitchen!

The private upstairs room offers a modest main space, with new queen size bed, small closet, in-room dedicated workspace. *There is a new AC in the bedroom* The shared spaces feature numerous amenities: (1) five HEPA air filters, (2) a well stocked kitchen with 5 burner gas range, (3) Dining Room with large cooler, dishwasher, and beverage crafting area, (4) a Billiards Room with weight lifting rack and workout area, and (5) laundry room access from 5pm-11pm, and 5am-12pm daily.

Quiet, private, "Entire Downstairs" of a lovely mountain home with , breakfast nook, Laundry room, electric fireplace, full bath, private parking and close to gas stations, grocery, restaurants, drug store, post office, bars, and " horse trails/hiking trails" which forestry lands borders property on 2 side. Boarding is available here. There is a private entrance. 4 wheel drive needed in winter. I would love for you to experience my Wildflower horse property.
