The flat has recently been decorated with clean neutral style and colours. It creates a peaceful environment to work and live in. It has a Nest thermostat. It is barely 5 minutes walk to the Mitcham Eastfields station. Trains go to Balham, Clapham Junction (12 minutes), Victoria (20 minutes), Elephant and Castle and Kings Cross.

We are a peaceful, modern, minimalistic & carbon zero detached cabin. Very private, very secure, tucked away, surrounded by trees, plants, birds and nature, you'll think you're in the country. It has its own private garden and entrance. The cabin is built from slow-grown larch and has triple glazed doors. Inside is fitted out with sustainable materials like birch ply-panelling and plant based flooring, and we an MVHR clean air system. We harvest rainwater, compost and power by ASHP.

It's close to Norbury High Street with lots of shops and places to eat, including late-opening convenience stores. From Norbury Station (six minutes on foot) trains to Victoria run every 30 minutes and it's a 20-minute trip. This is an affordable way to stay in London within easy reach of the centre. New in April 2022: renovated bathroom with spacious walk-in shower.
