Lambsquay House - Apartment One

Lambsquay House is a beautifully restored 300 year old Georgian Country House, located in the picturesque Forest of Dean, situated between popular tourist attractions, Puzzlewood and Clearwell Caves. A former hotel, it has undergone extensive renovations and is now home to Calico Interiors, a family run interiors/soft furnishing business, occupying the ground and first floor. The Garden House is a peaceful stone cottage set in the historic gardens of High Glanau Manor, the home of H. Avray Tipping (1855-1933) the Architectural Editor of Country Life Magazine from 1907. High Glanau Manor is an important Arts & Crafts house set in 12 acres of gardens designed in 1922. The gardens retain many original features including formal terraces, octagonal pool, glasshouse, pergola and 100 ft long double herbaceous borders. There are spectacular views to the Brecon Beacons

The Georgian apartment.

stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Enjoy Our Georgian apartment, that is in the centre of the historic market town of Monmouth. And is a short distance from the Wye valley, Tintern abbey and many beautiful walks within the Forest of Dean. Beautifully decorated and featuring original glass windows, period furniture, and a recently refurbished bathroom. We provide tea and coffee facilities in the apartment but we also have a private, kitchenette which is down the hall.

The Old Cider Mill is a beautifully converted old cider barn set in the wonderfully peaceful monmouthshire countryside. The cottage is a fabulous romantic and tranquil retreat set in one acre of meadow and adjoining spinney. Perfectly situated to explore all the wye valley, and nearby forest of dean, has to offer. This cosy cottage sleeps two guests and has an open plan living area with a woodburning stove. Outside is lovely gravelled courtyard with furniture and off road parking.

Luxurious spacious cottage with awesome views !

With commanding views over Monmouth, the Wye Valley and beyond, Wern Farm Cottage is a cosy but spacious recluse ideally situated for all that Monmouthshire has to offer. Light, airy and welcoming with zip and link beds. We can accommodate 2-4 flexible to your needs. We are in a great spot for the Forest of Dean, the Brecon Beacons, Bike Park Wales, Cannop Cycle Centre and the Offa’s Dyke Path. There are lovely walks right from the door and so much to do nearby!
