This is a 1br 1 full bath apartment. It is on the second floor unit B. It is located downtown in the historic "DETONTI SQUARE" district. Very quiet with beautiful old homes and large oak trees. It is only 4 blocks from lively 'Dauphin Street' with all of the restaurants, bars and other activities. 1car max parking on property. Parking on street in front if needed. There is a self check in box at entry door, open and remove key. (You have to re-punch #’s to close the lock box door).

Enjoy a little private cottage in the historic Midtown area, minutes away from downtown Mobile and I10. Very quiet neighborhood, with all the charm that Midtown has to offer. Our favorite thing about the neighborhood is the live oak trees that sweep across Government Street along with all of the stringed lights at various houses nearby. Our 27’ foot Heartland Sundance camper is set up for guests on a small lot at the front of our farm property. Guests will have a great view of our pastures with our small herd of cows and horses. This area is set up for a glamping experience. This includes a fire pit, chairs and outdoor grill. The camper has 1 master bedroom, 2 twin bunk beds, the table and couch convert to beds as well. This camper is 1 of 2 campers now available on our farm.
