The unit is completely separate with 3 private doors for you to come in and out. Step out and enjoy your privacy with the -500 Ft Pier, Boat House, hot tub, Grill and fire pit! - Hot tub for up to 5 people, with LED lights and control your own water temperature. - We are always available for questions!

This 1950 3 bedroom 2 bath island house was remodeled with a Mid Century vibe. Some of the original features have been kept for authenticity. "The Getaway" feels like you are stepping back in time. It is a wonderful place to ride bikes and you can walk across the street to launch our 2 kayaks. I love our floor plan and the fact that each of the three bedrooms are large enough for a private retreat while the open kitchen/living area is so comfortable for the whole group to be together.

Sack Lunch was designed so the entire family can be together and make new and wonderful memories! It comes with full use of bikes, kayaks, paddle boards and several beach chairs that you can take to the beach. When you come back all sandy just use the downstairs hot/cold shower to rinse off and you are good to go! There are plenty of outdoor seating so you can relax away from the sun or on the deck to take in the sunshine, either way you are always covered.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The residence has 2 decks. One in front is covered with table and swing. The kitchen is prepared to handle a group with a stove, fridge, microwave etc.... plenty to make meals and enjoy your time together around the table. The yard is fully fenced for children and privacy. Community request that quiet hours 10pm - 6am.
