Our favorite thing about the neighborhood is the live oak trees that sweep across Government Street along with all of the stringed lights at various houses nearby. Your family will be close to everything at this centrally located home located in the Tillman's corner area of Mobile, AL. The house is approximately 1/4 mile from a new Dollar General and 3 miles from interstate I-10. In 2024 we did an interior renovation of the house, so that it now features LED lighting, freshly painted walls, new floors, new appliances, a tile shower, granite countertops, and brand new furniture. Renovated but historic! With a private balcony! This property is a two bedroom, one bath loft apartment on the second floor of a small Midtown building. It was fully updated in 2021, with new central air, new kitchen and renovated bathroom. The location is excellent, just a couple minutes to Downtown Mobile, and under an hour to Dauphin Island or Gulf Shores Beaches. This is a beautiful neighborhood to take an evening stroll and see the 100+ year old homes.

The 600 sq ft cottage has been remodeled keeping the old Southern style and charm that makes Mobile such a lovely city. After waking from a restful slumber in the king-size bed, enjoy your morning coffee/tea on the private outdoor patio. Come and go as you please via a private doorway onto patio.
