Great open space really enjoyable to stay. Really close U1 metro train that can take you downtown!

Ich war wieder zu besuch in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft. Man fühlt sich schon wie zuhause. Die Wohnung ein Traum und die Kommunikation mit Ioan ist reibungslos und antwortet sehr schnell. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, hat Öffis direkt vor der Tür. Billa ist 20m entfernt. Alles war einfach nur perfekt! Ich komme gerne wieder.😁

Wir haben uns in der kleinen Gartenwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, der Bus fuhr direkt um die Ecke, somit konnten wir alle Plätze schnell erreichen. Zur Stadtmitte ca 35 Minuten erreichen. Alles in allem top. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten, wenn wir wieder in Wien sind.

It is very difficult to find a reliable landlord in the economy segment in this city - Monique & Jürgen & Francois are very nice exceptions here. Very professional approach, perfect communication, the flat is very well designed and equipped, serving all the practical needs you have in a short time stay. Maximally recommended, would not look for another place if return to Vienna.

Excellent communication with Stefan who accompanied us and gives the key to the apartment at the late hour we arrived, 01 am. Thank you for everything Stefan! It is not exactly close to the center of Vienna but it has everything you could need for accommodation. You benefit from underground parking. We only stayed one night unfortunately, the apartment is modern, clean, airy, smells very good, has a living room with kitchenette equipped with everything you need, 2 bathrooms, toilet articles, towels, 2 bedrooms- all clean. In the fridge you can find juices/beer, something to nibble on, and decent prices are displayed on its door. I slept excellently, perfect mattress and pillows. Exceeded expectations! 300 m away is the Billa supermarket.

War sehr zufrieden. Schönes kleines Zimmer mit allem was man benötigt.

Apartment was as described. Very clean and well kept. The only confusion was around parking- as check in instructions say you have to pay, but in fact the apartment has free assigned parking space- which is great 😊 It’s a short distance from the train station, so links to Vienna are great!

Nette Wohnung hat alles gepasst. In der Nacht relativ ruhig. Öffis und Supermarkt in der Nähe. Funktionierte alles unkompliziert. Ideal für eine Vierköpfige Familie. Würde ich wieder buchen

A nice and clean apartment. Responsive and friendly host.

Wir haben die Unterkunft Ruby Vin gewählt, weil sie in der gleichen ruhigen Straße liegt, wie die Wohnung meines Sohnes und seiner Familie. Die Wohnung hat uns total gut gefallen. Nicht wirklich groß (das war uns vorher schon klar) aber intelligent und mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Z.B. gab es eigentlich keinen Platz für Nachtische, aber Sam hat es trotzdem geschafft zwei klitzekleine, aber ihren Zweck erfüllende Tischchen zu installieren. Das Badezimmer ist groß, neu, sauber und wunderschön. Die kleine Küchenzeile liegt im Eingangsbereich und ist für zwei Personen total ausreichend. Die Kommunikation mit Sam war sehr angenehm. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

I can absolutely recommend Zvezdana‘s apparent. I really enjoyed the thoughtful interior decoration that made me feel at home instantly. Super cozy and great atmosphere. It’s located right in front of a busstop and next to a few big supermarkets. The bed is super comfortable and was my favorite part of it. No issues at all and Communication with Szezdana was clear, easy and very friendly. I would definitely book again.

This place is well located for an easy and quiet stay while visiting the outer parts of Vienna. It has easy access to get to the city and the Schönbrunn Palace.

Nuestra estadía fue muy buena gtacias a la predisposición de Sara y su lindo departamento, tiene de todo para pasar unos días allí. Todo muy nuevo y cómodo

l'appartamento era molto pulito, direi impeccabile, molto accogliente con quasi tutto il necessario ( mancava qualcosa di essenziale come un vero scolapasta e un tagliere, sale e caffè). confermo che gli asciugamani seppur puliti avevano un odore di umidità ma credo che non ci si possa fare molto tranne usare sempre l'asciugatrice. il giorno che siamo arrivati abbiamo trovato uno stendino con i panni stesi in camera da letto 3 il divano letto non aperto e fissato ma ci siamo arrangiati, nulla di grave. la metropolitana è a 4 minuti a piedi dalla casa, comodissima e sulla linea U1 che è la principale. a 5 minuti a piedi c'è un BILLA fornito di tutto, l'edificio è molto bello, comodissimo il posto auto coperto proprio sotto l'appartamento.Dietro L'edificio, 2 minuti a piedi, c'è un ottimo ristorante (un po' caro) con dehors sul Danubio, abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Der Aufenthalt in Slavivas Wohnung war mehr als toll! Die Wohnung ist sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos, die Lage mit der super Anbindung ist ebenfalls top. Slavisa ist ein großartiger und aufmerksamer Gastgeber, vielen Dank für alles!

Bewertung: Für unseren Wochenendtrip nach Wien war die Wohnung sehr gut! Sie sieht aus wie abgebildet, ist sehr sauber und geräumig. Das Reinigungspersonal war freundlich. Waschmaschine und Trockner waren super! Emilia antwortet schnell und ist sehr freundlich. Es gab keine Probleme mit dem Check-in und Check-out. Wir konnten unser Gepäck sogar früher abstellen. Auch mit Hund war es kein Problem, Urlaub in der Wohnung zu machen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe des Zentrums und der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und hat dadurch eine super Lage! Unmittelbar daneben befindet sich ein Supermarkt und ein Bäcker. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Individuelle Unterkunft mit Charme. Gut ausgestattete Küche, sehr bequeme, große Matratze, große Badewanne mit Sprudel. Wer Filme/Serien oder so schauen möchte bringe sich am besten einen Adapter mit für den Computer (HDMI kommt aus der Wand und ist mit dem Beamer verbunden. Fußläufig gut zu erreichen, sind Bus und Straßenbahn. (Linie zwei empfehlen wir, weil sie oberirdisch ist und man so viel sehen kann). Da wir sehr früh angekommen sind, haben wir auch die Erlaubnis bekommen, früher einzustecken, was wir sehr freundlich fanden. Leider hatten wir dann Probleme die Tür zu öffnen aber nach dem Telefonat mit dem AirBnB Support hat auch das geklappt. Insgesamt eine sehr positive Erfahrung. Wir haben unsere Zeit in Wien sehr genossen.
