Our guest house is situated atop a hill with panoramic views of the surrounding scenery and historic Tarka Trail. Fully self-contained building, patio and parking area. This is a refurbished Annexe - light and airy with a shower room and adjoining WC. In 2022 we have added a new kitchen, with breakfast bar seating. The property is situated ten minutes from Tiverton and two minutes from the A361 - the main route in to North Devon and Exmoor, and North Cornwall. Extra service: we welcome your dog. However, space in the Annexe is limited so if there is more than one dog, please chat to us first.

A south facing stylish getaway in the middle of Exmoor National Park. There is private fishing for the keen fisherman, endless doorstep walks, fresh water swimming, a short walk into Dulverton for cream teas, boutique shops and fabulous places to eat. There are French doors that open out onto a stone patio where you can sit and take in the views. Well behaved dogs are very welcome too.
