The kitchen is well equipmed with oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher and washing machine. There is space for 2 cars on a private off street drive beside the annex. There is also a private small enclosed garden.

Step outside to find a croquet lawn, tennis court, hammocks and a natural swimming pond. Footpaths run straight from the property. We were on BBC's Countryfile! 3rd May on BBC iPlayer for a peek.

PRIVATE GYM - INFARED SAUNA - ICE BATH - JACUZZI 🫧 Super king size bed The bedroom has underfloor heating and a plug in radiator, table and chairs outside, Netflix and WiFi!, 1 minute drive to town centre and 4 minute drive to the train station, lots of shops and food spots to eat. parking for 1 car. the sink in the bathroom only runs on cold water. the gym has all up to date equipment and there is a new infrared sauna, a new ice bath which gets very cold, and a lovely jacuzzi 😁

This is our lovely end-terraced Edwardian house where you can enjoy country walks in the Chilterns, go for bike rides, or have a BBQ in the beautiful garden. The house is just a short walk from the train station in the medieval market town of Princes Risborough. We have private parking for one car and bicycles are available for the guests to use. The house is ideal for max 4 grown-ups, your pet can be brought on request.
