The Wood Den - unique secluded cabin for 2

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. A compact wooden den set in it's own secluded area of a Monmouthshire smallholding. Picture window overlooking stunning views of countryside and across to 13th Century Grade 1 listed church. Plenty of walks and dogs allowed ( fenced area if they aren't too sure about livestock ). Enjoy the morning sun over breakfast, near the open door and listen to the birds.

The Barn - private 3 bed, garden, and firepit.

The Barn, is part of our grade II listed welsh farm house. Set in 8 acres of lush fields (the Barn has 1/2 an acre of private garden with beautiful views of the welsh mountains and the Skirrid). It has been beautifully restored with loads of original features, given a new lease of life and a sense of fun. We don’t mind noise, we want people to have fun, it’s perfect for families and night owls alike. And we are dog friendly and child friendly. Perfectly set up for both to have a great time!

The Bothy Cottage @ Oak Farm

The Bothy, part of our 17th century Welsh farmhouse, offers a perfect base to explore Monmouthshire & the Brecon Beacons. The Snug is one of 2 Fabulous Newly Renovated Barns accommodating 2 people or 6 when added to the adjoining Yaffle Barn. Our 2 luxurious cottages are set deep in the heart of the beautiful Monmouthshire Countryside on a working Farm and Livery yard set in a wildlife reserve. There are circular walks around the reserve and wider landscape from the door making them a wonderful rural hideaway from the everyday clamour of modern life yet still only 2 hours from London and 40 mins from Bristol.

Forest Cottage

There are no hidden extra payments, the nightly fee is total. Self catering cottage, originally built in the 1800's, restored and extended to provide a high standard of accommodation. Set in private gardens which extend to 23 acres and with outstanding views across the Usk valley. The garden area provides 2 large decked viewpoints, Private parking. The property has retained its original stone spiral staircase which might prove difficult for guests with mobility issues or the very young.

Cosy Stargazer Cabin - Monmouth Walking Distance

Stargazer Cabin is in a beautiful location 10 min flat walk into the wonderful market town of Monmouth. Welcome to The Secret Walled Garden dating back to Tudor times. The cabin is suitable for 2 people, open living area with kitchen. Mezzanine level bedroom with a beautiful glass roof for stargazing, en-suite wet room. Private outdoor seating area with fire pit. Welsh cakes, Eggs, milk provided to enjoy in the peaceful countryside. We do not accept Hens/Stags, Parties or Pets.

Oak Cottage, Llanthony.

The views of the Black Mountains are exceptionally beautiful from this lovely cottage in a very peaceful farm location overlooking the Llanthony Valley, 10 miles from Abergavenny. There is a log fire and underfloor heating in cold weather. Ideal for a relaxing escape. Wonderful walks from the doorstep in the Brecon Beacons National Park. Uncrowded hills and 2 pubs nearby. The historic Llanthony Priory has an atmospheric bar in the cellar with excellent evening food.

We are in a great spot for the Forest of Dean, the Brecon Beacons, Bike Park Wales, Cannop Cycle Centre and the Offa’s Dyke Path. There are lovely walks right from the door and so much to do nearby!
