If you're looking for a place to kick back and relax in style look no further. Comfortable and aesthetically pleasing this chic 2 bedroom renovated cottage is only a ten minute ride from downtown and a short walk away from Seabreeze and the Irondequoit Bay small boat harbor. This is an owner operated cottage, no seedy management op. Airbnb automatically categorizes us as a "lake front" property but it is more of a "lake view" property. No direct lake access, but you can see it from the patio.

Averill House was built in 1840 and completely renovated. This spacious, airy house features a large updated kitchen, two full baths, off street parking, a huge yard, and 3 bedrooms. A large front sun porch offers additional room for hanging out. The house offers vintage charm plus all the conveniences of today in a beautiful setting, convenient to many local amenities. Directly across the street from one of our other airbnbs, perfect for large families looking to stay close to each other.
