Enjoy the quiet simple life of the country on a working farm. This spacious pre-1900’s farmhouse is quaint, quiet and wholesome. Come as a family and friends looking to regenerate and escape the fast pace of life and disconnect from technology. There is no WiFi, there is cell service for calls/texts. A TV/DVD player, no TV service. No need, nature and the peace of the farm will fill your bucket. The farm has a pond with fishing and trails for hiking with an abundance of fresh air and nature.

Located in New Philadelphia, where you will be only 0.3 miles from Tuscora Park, 1.5 miles from New Towne mall, and within a couple miles from several restaurants of your choosing. The BQ is nestled in downtown Minerva, two doors down from Sandy Springs Brewing Co. Come stay in luxury in our historic 1800's 2nd floor studio. Equipped with high end custom finishes top to bottom. Original brick walls surround you with exposed beams, warm finishes, a copper kitchen sink, and a digital rain shower with body jets. Furnished with a king size bed, oversized leather chesterfield chair and a couch with a full size memory foam sleeper bed. You won't want to leave!

We bought this early 1900s house and have newly remodeled and restored it to its original beauty, along with creative features of uniqueness. The B&B space is upstairs . This space has a full kitchen with amenities for basic cooking. (Stove , refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster.) Relax in the comfy living room for a movie on Netflix. The downstairs is currently unoccupied and the back yard is available for your leisure.
